PV Interiors Tile and Travertine Cleaning

The company is great. They replaced the crumbling grout and the shower is sparkling and looks brand new.

They were very responsive to my voice mail. I explained my issue and he said he would come take a look. He was even able to come to do the estimate earlier than scheduled due to a cancellation. Both Shannon and her husband came for the estimate, they were extremely friendly, professional and assured me that they would be able to remove the dried on grout and make my floor look like new.I have ceramic tile throughout my home (except bedrooms). They arrived on time to do the work and the tile looked amazing, better than ever since I had the dried on grout since the installation. The cost was exactly what was estimated which included manually scraping some of the tiles to remove the grout. I would very definitely use them again and recommend their work.

Went very well. They request that you prepare by moving the small furniture items and remove any area rugs, and then you need to re-arrange things when they leave.

It's very simple, they should be the standard by which ALL companies should be measured regarding service, quality and professionalism. They did an absolutely outstanding job. I highly recommend them, you won't be disappointed.

We called for an estimate and Shannon and Wayne came out the next day. They explained exactly what they would do -- remove the old, flaking grout and re-grout all but the top 3 rows of ceramic tile in the shower stall. Two days later, Wayne came out with a helper. They removed the fixtures and the shower doors and spent several hours grinding and chiseling out all the old grout. Then they put in new grout and caulked where the wall tiles met the floor tiles. We asked Wayne whether it would be best to seal the grout lines. He advised doing so, and we agreed to the additional work and cost. The next day, Wayne came out and did the sealing. Because the new grout was not quite the same color as the old grout in the first 3 rows, he used a color-matched sealer on those 3 rows, which made the old and new grout lines indistinguishable. He cleaned the shower doors and fixtures and reinstalled them. The shower looked beautiful. In overall appearance, we couldn't be happier. Three months later, we noticed that the caulk line was peeling away where wall meets the floor on one side of the shower. We called and spoke with Wayne. He said he would be out two days later to take care of it. Wayne came out and removed the peeling caulk and re-caulked that side. He was finished in 15 minutes and told us to wait 48 hours before using the shower. He also said that if it failed again, to let him know and he would try a different approach. We were very impressed with their attention to detail.

I called Wayne & Shannon after my own self cleaning/sealing job went haywire. I initially spoke with Wayne, who was professional and prompt. I told him about my situation and he gave me some recommendations and general pricing. Wayne knew the name of my grout color by asking just a few simple questions. While most of the other providers that I called told me that they would need to re-clean my grout (I'd done a decent job on that part), PV Interiors felt that the grout was as clean as it was going to get (after the initial in home consultation). He saved me several hundred dollars, sacrificing those paid labor hours to help me. and the job was executed beautifully (my floors look brand new). I actually became an Angie's List member in hopes of not having to deal with all headaches of the type of providers that I'd been finding on Craig's List. Their coupon listed on Angie's list paid my membership fees for the next 2 years. In a world where integrity, customer service, and attention to detail seems to be lacking, PV Interiors prides themselves on all three. Hire these guys...they're worth it.

After Shannon and I set the work date, my husband and I found out that he was to have back surgery the day before the work date. I decided since my husband was going to be in the hospital on that day to go ahead with Painted Valley even though I did not know them well. Wayne arrived right as scheduled and began to move furniture..Very soon Greg and Shannon arrived. No time was wasted getting to work! Since I had to go to the hospital, I was with them about two hours and left. These were people I really did not know at all but it turned out to be one of the best decisions I have made! Either I called throughout the day or one of the PV people would call to update the progress. Each person, Shannon, Wayne, Greg were extremely personable and, most of all, reliable and honest. The work was finished right on time. But, the best part was the result. Painted Valley did the most complete cleaning, staining, and sealing job I had yet to see. The shower floor rocked! Wayne is the King of grouting..Shannon is the Queen of staining! I want to also mention that this job was neat--no sloppy work here! I will hire them again.

I contacted Painted Valley Grout via email. Wayne responded to my inquiry quickly and set a time to meet with me at my home to provide an estimate. Initially, I wanted a cleaning and sealing of my tile/grout, so Wayne provided a quote with three options - cleaning, cleaning and sealing, or cleaning and grout coloring. Wayne explained that I could make a decision as to whether or not the sealing/coloring would be necessary after the floor was clean. Wayne and Shannon arrived on the scheduled cleaning day promptly. Through the cleaning process, Shannon showed me how clean the tile and grout would be with simply the cleaning, and indicated that the tile/grout was sealed recently. She told me that it wouldn't be necessary to seal/color, since the cleaning would be sufficient. I certainly appreciated her honesty, as it obviously isn't in her best interest to convince me to save money. Wayne and Shannon's customer service is unbeatable and I was very happy with the work. It's quite rare to meet professionals who are more interested in customer service than making a fast profit. Since I had contacted them for cleaning and sealing, they could have easily done unnecessary work, but their integrity will encourage me to recommend them to others.

I am extremely satisfied with the work that Shannon and Wayne completed. First, I would just like to say, they both have excellent customer service skills. Not only did they travel to North Phoenix from Chandler to provide an estimate and complete the work, they provided a clear, honest and competitive estimate. I had recieved 2 other estimates in which were over the phone, no one else wanted to come out and measure. By coming out to provide the estimate, I felt confident the price would not change once the work was completed. Which it stayed exactly the same. They seemed to have alot of pride and integrity in work they did, which is refreshing and appreciated now a days. The completed job is beautiful as well. My husband was not around to see the work while they were there, but when he came home, he was very impressed! We are both happy we made the decision to have this work completed. I would HIGHLY recommend them and utilize their services again!

SO professional and yet so personable, too! They were always on time, so easy to talk to. Literally felt like good friends within minutes. Our dog loved them and they were very nice to the dog! They work so well as a team and were finished two hours earlier than predicted. Very comfortable having them in our home and of course extremely happy to have nice clean floors. Literally feels like we have NEW flooring. PLUS I know they had to drive really far to get to my house and they don't even charge for that. I can't say enough good things about PV Interiors and am already trying to find more projects for them to do in my home!!!!

It was outstanding! Shannon was great. She had several color palettes and even found a better color than my wife and I did. Wayne - her husband, did extra caulking to fill in holes in the Grout and along the base boards to make the finished job look brand new. I can honestly tell you if you need your Grout redone - Look no further. They are a family team and you will be extremely pleased with the result and price as I was. I got them off Angie’s list. I was really pleased with them. They did a great job. They did a great job in washing it as well. They were very responsive and came and gave me a quote first. I have recommended them at the condo I was renting. They have a lot of business turnout. They were really fabulous. I will recommend them to others. I wanted them to use the industrial one. The money I paid was totally worth it. They came up to my schedule. I was very picky about the grout color and Shannon came was very patient. He showed me a couple of colors. He was very easy to work with. They were on time and they called to say they were on their way. They were very professional. I will definitely use them again.

We are moving into a home that was a bank foreclosure and had been badly neglected. We called Painted Valley Grout to get a second estimate after meeting with a large company that was not in Angies List. Shannon arrived on time and met with my wife. Everything but the 3 bedrooms is done in a saltillo tile. We thought the tile was so bad and marred that we were considering replacing it. Shannon pointed out that this was a high end tile and she was sure that she could restore it. She stripped a couple sample tiles and the difference was remarkable. She provided an estimate of $1431 to do the job. This was less than half what the big company wanted and it was obvious that Shannon knew far more about what she was doing than the other guy who gave us an estimate. The crew showed up on time and were very professional and hard working. This was a 2-step process with stripping the first day and applying sealer the second day. Shannon told us there would probably be 4 coats of sealer. The crew originally planned to work from 8:00 till 3 or 4 the first day. They actually stayed until after 8:00 PM. They were determined to do whatever it took to strip the floor of the crud that had built up. The next day they showed up on time and started the sealer process. They actually put 6 coats of sealer on the floor and it looks beautiful. One of the crewmembers even came back the following day with a helper to move the furniture back in. I would definitely recommend them and would use them again.

Painted Valley Grout cleaned and sealed 3 bathrooms and over 2200 square feet of tile in a house we recently purchased. Shannon responded very promptly to my initial email and provided a detailed quote with a couple of different options for sealing. They came a few days before the cleaning and spent a good deal of time trying different grout colors to find the one that would match my tile perfectly. They completed the job in 2.5 days and were on-time every day. At the end of the job Shannon reduced the price from the initial quote because the shower surrounds didn't require as much work as she had anticipated when she quoted. This is exactly the kind of service provider you want to work with— they do quality work at a reasonable price and are very professional to deal with!

I would definitely hire Painted Valley again. As a matter of fact, we may use them for our carpets as well. Don't bother wasting time cleaning your own tiles. After two hours scrubbing grout with a toothbrush...trust me...you'll be happy you hired Painted Valley!

The guys did an excellent job. My tile looks like brand new.
