I've had some bad luck in the past with both highly marketed service corporations and independent tradesmen of questionable skill - PlumServe and Addam are neither of those. When my sewer line backed up, Addam was able to give a quote right over the phone, and explain what scenarios might cost a little more, and how much. Communication about the appointment was clear as he explained what was ahead of my time slot, texted when on his way, and arrived exactly as expected. He went to work right away, identifying the best access and getting started. I was a little stressed since the snake must've had to go nearly all the way to city's connection, but finally after nearly 120 feet suddenly "swoosh" and we were on our way. Addam was pleasant and professional the whole time and happily answered all my pestering questions about what he was doing. As we talked he mentioned he loved his job, and it shows. PlumServe was exactly what I was looking for and I'm glad I found them.

Addam of PlumbServe was wonderful. I have an Airbnb in Arizona and don't live nearby. While a guest was staying at the Airbnb, the hot water went out. Addam was very responsive. He assessed the issue and within a matter of days, selected and ordered a beautiful replacement valve and fixtures that matched the existing decor, and replaced/installed them all, returning hot water to the unit with minimal downtime. He was extremely flexible and easy to work with, not to mention dependable and trustworthy. He also worked with the home warranty company to facilitate reimbursement for me. I am very grateful to Addam/PlumbServe and highly recommend him to anyone with a plumbing issue.

It was great, amazing, came up with the game plan

A shower valve broke in our home, which left our shower running without the ability to turn it off. After calling PlumbServe, they walked me through turning off the water to our home and set up a time the same day to come and replace the valves internals. While they were here, they checked and replaced the other shower/bath valves, as they were found to be failing, as well. I would highly recommend using PlumbServe, and will most certainly be calling them if the need ever arises.
