We had a very negative experience with this company and the owner Bill Palladino directly. The good: • I called on Wednesday, February 19, 2022, and we were able to coordinate a time the following Saturday for the spring cleaning before our out of town guests arrived. • The 2 young men that came to clean our house were on time and very pleasant • The living room carpet was thoroughly vacuumed & looked great The bad: • The mirrors were all streaked • The hard floors were not clean at all, the dirt was smeared around, and dirt was left in nearly every corner • Every horizontal surface had dust left on them, we could see where they dusted partially but not thoroughly as one would expect a spring cleaning to be • The carpet in the kitchen didn’t appear to have been vacuumed at all • My first grade grandson could have done a better job, this cleaning job failed on so many levels • The house smelled like dirty old grease rags for days after they left The worst: • The exorbitant cost of $250 for the poor job of cleaning • After I emailed the owner Bill Palladino on February 27, 2022, giving him the opportunity to make it right before I posted flaming reviews online I received a phone call. Right from the onset he was VERY aggressive, and unbelievably unprofessional. I couldn’t believe what I was hearing. • He questioned & stated: o “Why didn’t you call instead of email? o “Why did you wait 10 days to contact me?” o Neither of which I thought were any of his business, but I explained our out of town guests flew in on Saturday, February 19, 2022, we were busy having fun with them, and I messaged as soon as I could after they left. o I chose to email rather than call because I didn’t want to end up in a conversation with some excuse making, unprofessional person with bad behavior. Which is exactly what I experienced. I put him on speaker phone so my husband could hear the conversation as well. o He also stated that I threatened him in the email and he will have his attorney contact me. Which I did not, and will retain the email and text interactions for future reference. o I advised him that I can post an accurate review if I so choose as I have freedom of speech, and he was not going to bully me to stop me from doing so. o He stated he’s from New York and has been in business for 34 years and never had an problem. (That’s really hard to believe after listening to him) • Bill Palladino continued to ramble, yell and be rude saying “We know where you live.” • I finally said “this conversation is over!” & hung up. • BEWARE OF DOING BUSINESS WITH SO CALLED PROFESSIONALs WITH IRRATIC BEHAVIOR

Excellent from start to finish. Bill was very personable on phone, detail oriented, accommodating to our specifics, and even adjusted his calendar when we had to reschedule. He was available via text, phone, and email. He is caring and listens. The billing is super.

We have a rental and his crew did very well. We were pleased and will hire again!

Went better than expected. Communication/response was great and prices were consistent from time of bid and actual work. The crew did a great job and thought price was fair for all the work they completed for the house. I would definitely recommend and use this company again for any overhaul deep cleaning for move in or move out.

Service, punctuality and urgency was great. The 2 gentlemen were professional, courteous and tended to specific on the spot request. Rob and Kevin I think we’re their names. I had a last minute need and the owner responded immediately. Highly recommended. Thanks

I didn't realize I was hiring wizards. Palladino's was GREAT. Highly recommended for any cleaning job you ever have. One stop shop, quick, affordable, and perfect results.

Everything was very clean. Very professional. The only thing I have to say negative is the person who cleaned was late coming to the appointment.

I was told there would be 2 men, but only one showed up. He worked very hard, but 2 would have done a better job. He washed the windows, but not well. There are a lot of streaks. It seemed like he had a set amount of time and he was concentrating on getting out on time.

I've used Palladino's in the past at my house. They are on time and efficient. They used a cleaner that is good for viruses/bacteria to sanitize the counters, toilets, etc. It would take me forever to clean the house the way they do, to me its definitely worth it. Everything is fresh again! I always have a good experience with Palladino's.

I have used Palladino's several times and they always show up when they say, and do a good job for the price. The two guys were efficient, rarely took a break, and its not easy work so I appreciate them helping me out. I tell everyone about them.

I have no idea what a "deep cleaning" is. Two workers, 2 hours and I couldn't tell what was done. Very disappointing.

They showed up on time and we went over what needed to be cleaned. They told me that cleaning would normally take 3- 3 1/2 hours. I went to check on the progress after 3 hours, but they were not done cleaning at that point. Due to my work I paid the fee at that time and had to leave before they were done cleaning. I was very disappointed with the final product. Some of the kitchen cabinets were still greasy, some baseboards and switch plates were dirty and dusty. I had to spend another 2 hours cleaning on my own to make the unit ready for showing. The price was competitive, but I rather pay more to someone who pays attention to details and can make the place look spotless.

Palladinos crew showed up early and did a fantastic job. Gave me the opportunity to do a walk-through to verify their work before paying. Carpet came out great got my full deposit back! Very pleased will definitely use them again.

We (Larry and Diane Slemons) contracted with Bill at Palladinos (based on a recommendation) to do a “deep cleaning” on September 13, 2018. Bill listed many items his crew would do excellently prior to our moving into a home we purchased in Sun City West. Because we had cabinet painters who did not finish as expected on September 12, the two-person cleaning crew could not clean the kitchen cabinets or bathroom cabinets; however, there was MUCH more listed by Bill that could have been done. The crew had to return the next morning, September 14, to finish. Unfortunately I did not follow them around to see if they were doing what Bill had promised, but after they were finished and gone, I spent the next three days cleaning what was on Bill’s list of excellence (evidence of which I never saw). Robert (an associate of Bill’s) did the tile cleaning and presented us with a bill for $685. After I took issue with their $50 charge for returning the second day, we paid $635. Even after the tile cleaning by Robert, I had to wipe up some water I spilled on the tile, and the white paper towel I used came up very dirty. I have some pictures as proof. On Sunday, September 16, I left a voice message for Bill telling of my complete dissatisfaction. He NEVER contacted me or returned the call. The job was totally below my expectations and/or alleged promises. I have no experience with hiring house cleaners, so maybe I am just naive and should not have taken Bill at his word. Bill was NEVER at the house; just the two-person cleaning crew and Robert. I showed Robert some of the less-than-clean kitchen cabinet drawers. I hadn’t decided immediately that I would post a negative review, but ultimately decided it would be unfair to the next person who might fall for the sales pitch. I would not recommend Palladinos and would not want them back in my home to remedy any issues. I already have spent my own time cleaning the house myself. ***The blue cloth was completely blue before I cleaned one small portion of a door facing, The ledge above the shower was not touched; the door casings were not touched; the window box ledges were not touched. The dust pan is filled with dirt “I” swept around the baseboard on one single wall in the living room.***

They were on time, but the quality of work was not acceptable. Sloppy work was done. When showed them the issues they had excuses for each problem. For example when showed them th dirty bath tubs the guy said we used acid and it can not be cleaned any better I got some Lysol and sponge cleaned little section to show that they were wrong. Tiles were not clean excuse was we can't make it new, I was not asking for new tiles, I just wanted them clean. Many light switches were left dirty, Windows not so clean even though they charged extra eight dollars per window. Bathroom mirrors not too clean.

Hired them for a carpet cleaning job to address some pet stains after moving out. He was early and quickly got started on the job, addressing all of the problem areas. Very courteous and professional.

Amazing service! 2 gentlemen arrived promptly on time - they were efficient, polite, and took pride in their work. They paid attention to every little detail. Truly incredible - I will only use this wonderful company in the future. Thank you!

Excellent - they said they'd arrive at 7:15am to begin - they were at the door at 7:13 ready to work. They worked until 1pm cleaning. I was amazed, the cleaning was above and beyond for less than I was expecting! Chis was very professional!

I received a call from the crew about a half hour after they were due at my house. They were hard at work at a vacant house, but they agreed to do my house first, since the other was empty. I also received a call from the owner a bit later while the crew was cleaning. I would have preferred someone to call me before the designated time. Nevertheless, the crew of two were delightful and worked very, very hard. They did great work. There was some confusion about the price, but I will own that. I thought I was told they would be there 4-5 hours. I think the owner meant 4-5 people-hours and I thought two of them were going to be at my house 4-5 hours. That will be easy to clarify next time. Even though there were some minor glitches that I described here, I stick by my outstanding rating and will definitely hire them again.

It went fine. Robert showed up on time and did an excellent job. Price was reasonable and better than any other window cleaners.

Had to have a couple of things redone with the housecleaning but the 2 person team went back and took care of them to my satisfaction.

Well, considering how it took them 3 times to finish the job not so great. In their defense the owner was very responsive to my complaints but it shouldn't have taken them 3 tries to get it right. Had I have had the chance to inspect the work BEFORE they left it may have been a different story but since the cleaning crew was given an incorrect phone number I was never called when the job was completed. There was literally dirt I could get off with spit and my finger when they finished the first time. I actually had to leave them a list of things to "fix" instead of them just going out and finding what they missed themselves. This wasn't nit-picky stuff, it was the floor and intake vents, still filthy. They did a GREAT job on the tile and eventually an excellent job on my cabinets. The inside windows in the front were completely missed - even after the 3rd time. Not sure how they were rated so highly to begin with????
