Palladino's Cleaning Service

Wonderful. My estate agent took pictures afterwards and the whole place sparkled. We livea far away due to ajob relocation.and this was all done on trust.

I needed to get the house I was renting cleaned before moving out, and was having trouble finding a company that could fit me in during the small window I had between getting the carpets cleaned and having the walk-through. Palladino's was very accommodating, and was able to find someone to do the job when I needed it. Not only that, but the person who did the work (Greg) was very personable, hardworking and detail-oriented, and did an incredible job. When I had my walk-through the following day, the property manager said most cleaning companies don't do anywhere near that good a job. I found out later that the management company actually uses Palladino's for their properties, and I got my full deposit back. The house was a 2-story with 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. I'd had several cats living with me, and had not had any other professional cleaning done during the year I was there. When Greg was finished the place was spotless. Baseboards were cleaned, the refrigerator looked like it was brand new inside, and he even found that the edges of the carpets hadn't been fully cleared of pet fur when the other company did the carpet cleaning, and made sure that was done. I absolutely recommend Palladino's without reservation.

Palladino's service is excellent! As soon as I spoke to Robert on the phone about our situation for moving into our new home he was super helpful. He had all sorts of extra advice that was exceptionally helpful for our special situation to make the process go better. When I ask if they happened to rent large fans to air out the house I was surprised and thrilled he said yes and the crew brought them along, he personally picked them back up 2 days later! Talk about great service. The crew arrived on a Saturday (Thanks for being flexible guys!) and they were here for awhile. They worked hard and steady. They all introduced themselves but were quick to assign tasks and get to it. Every cabinet wiped, all my windows cleaned and the tracks inside too (this does cost extra but was totally worth it for us), garage swept, , patio and the porch. These guys were amazing. Even the stove top with the little bits of crud from the last owner were gone and the gent cleaning showed me how to do it without ruining the surface. What I loved more was my house did NOT stink like chemicals. They used this great cleaner and gave me the name of it too! I can't say enough wonderful things about Palladino's and their crew. I highly recommend them! I'll be using them again for semi-regular cleanings just because they were so great I know they can get to all those spots I can't reach. Try them ! Thanks!

They had a team of 3 working through the major areas of the home. I like how they coordinated the schedule with the carpet cleaner. Communications was solid and everything was done timely. I definitely feel like I got my moneys worth!

A crew of 3 people did a deep cleaning our house. The crew did an amazing job. Their attention to detail was great cleaning baseboards, ceiling fans, shutters/blinds, polished all wood, they were very thorough, quick and efficient. Beautiful work. I would highly recommend them and will use them again.

To begin with, the crew went to the wrong house (they went to the house that I was moving out of. Once they did arriveat my new home, they went over what would be done and got started right away. Once they completed the house smelled clean, kitchen was clean and shiny, the bathrooms were clean, the blinds were wiped down, front and back patios and garage were swept clean. I felt really good about moving into my new home knowing that it had been thoroughly cleaned.

Absolutely excellent work and people to do business with! I will recommend them to everyone. They were able to come an hour earlier and I had not finished picking up toys and sweeping. One of the owners and his assistant smiled and said not to worry about it and finished for me! they moved all the smaller furniture to the back patio with a happy to help attitude, Since the deal was for 300 sq ft, I expected to pay a higher cost per square foot for the additional, but they gave me the same great rate for all of it. Couldn't be happier with their service. I'll be calling for carpet cleaning next. Thank you for letting me know about them. I would never have found them without Angies!

He arrived within the scheduled time range. He measured the tile areas to be cleaned and found them to be within the square feet of the "deal" so there were no extra charges and he did not try to sell me anything extra. He explained the cleaning process and went right to work. When he was finished he chatted for s short time with me while he waited until most of the areas had dried to make sure the grout was clean.

They were early and got started on the outside before I arrived. I showed them around the house, then left them there. They did a very thorough job with little direction needed; very efficient! They did such a great job, I had them come to my new home and wash my windows!

Robert was prompt and very professional. The carpeting I had cleaned is older, and I have cats, so there were stain issues. Robert managed, however, to make my old carpeting look refreshed and clean and did so in a timely manner. I was very impressed and I will definitely use them again.

They arrived on time and did a generally good job cleaning. (I later found some dirty marks on a bathroom door that they had missed) However one small incident marred the whole experience. My husband was in the house while they were cleaning. He heard a crash and then a loud curse word and came to investigate. One of the cleaners had pulled a kitchen drawer out too far and it came crashing to the floor and fell apart. Since we were renting and our walk through was scheduled the following day my husband asked if they had insuance to cover something like that. He replied yes, they had insurance but not for something like that. My husband then asked if he could please repair it and he replied that "I am not mechanically inclined". They finished cleaning and just left without offerring any help or suggestions whatsoever for the broken drawer. We probably would have taken this up with the main office but at that point we were incredibly pressed for time and exhausted. My husband spent the night repairing the drawer himself and at our own expense so we could do the walk through the next day. I found this whole incident incredibly unprofessional and for this reason I would not recommend nor would I hire this company again.

Easy to work with for scheduling and good communication about how the process went (it was prior to moving in to our new home)

House cleaning - arrived promptly at appointed time. Very nice couple thoroughly cleaned house in allotted time. Cleaned all shades and shutters, doors, all surfaces and floors. After they left I discovered that one kitchen shade had not been cleaned, otherwise, they did a terrific job. Had carpets cleaned on the same day. Waited after cleaners left for about an hour, then had to call to find out when carpet cleaners were coming. Was told they were delayed on another job and would call me when en route. They did call, they did arrive when they then said they would and they were very professional and thorough. Overall, a very pleasant experience with people who seemed to care about doing a good job.

Carpets hadn't been cleaned in 3 years and needed much stain treatment. Came out very well.

These folks are great. They promptly called me to introduce themselves and schedule an appointment. They showed up when they said they would. They did a great job on the house and fulfilled all of their promises. My wife was very satisfied with the work and I am confident that should I need services like this again, they will be the first people I reach out to. I highly recommend this company and you can feel confident in their commitment to superior customer service.

I made appointment for Friday afternoon, and they didn't show up. Called Saturday morning and they apologized about not showing up. They had a emergency which prevented them from coming. So they changed their weekend plans and immediately came over to clean my carpets. Really appreciate the service recovery. They did a great job, no fuss no muss. Carpets look good and smell ok. Would use them again.

Windows professionally cleaned carpet cleaned; drywall dust cleanded from walls, blinds and appliances. The bathrooms were cleaned beyond expecations. And,they did it all in the time promised.

They were prompt. Very professional. Thoroughly cleaned the house from top to bottom.

They did amazing job, far beyond my expectation! We have a little girl and a very active dog, plus two busy working adults. The house was very messy before the work. They arrived on time, cleaned the whole house first, then deep cleaned the carpet and removed all the junks that I saved in the last few years. After they were done, the house was sparkling! The people are very very honest. They are the people that you can trust. Highly recom their services!

Taking out trash was supposed to be included and although we told them what was trash they didn't take it out and then at the end they said they didn't take out trash. They didn't clean on top of cabinets, around trim or windowsills, and the quality of cleaning for a deep cleaning move out service was not impressive and a lot of it had to be redone the next day when prepping to paint and discovering all the pieces undone, unfinished or poorly completed.

I was on the road, in NY, and we were moving over the time I was gone. My wife and 2 Boys already had been working hard to get us packed and ready for the move. I knew that my landlord was going to be a stickler for cleanliness even though when we got the home, years ago, it was not in good condition. I called Bill and let him know of the dilemma that I had, gave him the size of the home and he told me what it would cost, over the phone, and told me not to worry about it, that he would take care of me! The crew showed up on time and did the job that Bill had promised. My wife said that she never saw the house look so clean! Coming from my wife that meant a lot! When the landlord came over she was extremely pleased with the house and though she tried to nit-pick we got ALL of our security back! We had a large single story home with huge windows, a small rental we were getting ready to sell and now the smaller two story we currently live in. Palladino's is prompt, professional and reasonably priced. A great find and we will continue to use them!

They did a very good job cleaning everything in the home, i was pleased. The only negative is that they didn't tell me they only accept cash or checks which was very inconvenient for me as i left work to pay them and had to come back for a checkbook. He gave me a $10 discount for my inconvenience and i was satisfied. I would definitely hire them again!

Bill's crew was on time and thorough in their cleaning. Will use again and recommend to others.

I had to go through and ask them to dust my sons room which was not done. Everything else was half done. Did not get the "clean" feeling after they left. They were supposed to specialize in deep cleans but I felt like I could have done a much better job in half the time. Also, one of the guys tried to sell me on his window cleaning business. For those of you that are okay with a semi-clean house, they might work for you.
