Palladino's Cleaning Service

I have been using Palladino's Cleaning for several years. They always show up when they say and do a good detailed job. The price is reasonable considering the time it takes to get it all done.

I was able to schedule just a few days in advance. The guys showed up on time and got right to work. They did an amazing job - the kitchen especially needed lots of time and energy and they delivered! There was some residual unavoidable dog fur in hidden crevices and they cleaned behind and under to make sure they got everything. When they were done, the house was in great condition, looked sparkling clean and smelled fresh and ready. I definitely will call Palladino's again for cleaning services!

The crew was awesome and gave me some tips to make the house look it's best for resell.

I purchased a coupon for window cleaning on Angieslist. They responded quickly and were able to set an appointment on the date I requested. They arrived promptly, walked through the areas I wanted the windows cleaned. I had several windows along the back side of the house that are near the pool, and from the kids swimming, they were very splashed up and dirty. The job was done quickly and my windows sparkled! I am very happy and will definitely use them again. Thanks!

Ken and Greg were my cleaner team, they did a great job. They cleaned everything described as in the move in/out package, and had my kitchen appliances shining as new!!! There were three cleaners, two women and one man. They were quickly and efficiently. The house looked and smelled great after they finished.

The cleaning part of of cleaning was good, the damage done in the process was disappointing. Broken during cleaning: two tile baseboards one ceiling fan(as in blade snapped off), they fell and grabbed it microwave hood light hanging free and non functional partially disassembled oven door cracking the glass(but not reassembled), no clue why. Overall damage cost almost exactly the price of the cleaning.

There was nothing bad about the service with them.

It was fabulous. They performed all tasks listed. On time, courteous and professional. Their service was excellent. The house needed nothing done when they left. House is ready to be turned over to homeowner. I will definitely hire this company again. So happy with their services.

The two cleaners that showed up did a great job and arrived right on time. They were friendly, worked quickly, and cleaned everything very well. They did more than we expected and did an amazing job with our shower! We were very satisfied with the quality of work provided. We would use them again.

Cheap and timely but ineffective. High traffic areas were matted down. I requested special attention and they did not refresh the areas. I've used this service for three years because of price and service. I made a warranty claim to the carpet manufacturer due to the matting and their inspection revealed a large amount of dirt embedded in the carpet fibers, causing the matting, due to insufficient cleaning, supported by a picture. I am now going to go with a more professional, comprehensive cleaning service company, though it will probably cost more.

It went well. I don't believe I paid more than the deal I purchased. I wouldn't use them because I don't live in Arizona anymore.

We purchased a move in/out (out in our case) cleaning package. We were able to get the cleaning scheduled quickly and at a decent time. They arrived on time and did everything described in the package. The cleaning done was great, and we would recommend them again for this same service.

They were very communicative and Worked to get scheduled quickly. They called the day of the service to let me know they were on their way then called again when they were about 30 minutes to completion so I could come inspect. They did a terrific job - cleaned all the doors, walls, floors, vacuumed all the rooms and stairs, cleaned the appliances, and toilets and showers. House looked amazing. I will use them for regular cleaning in the future. Top notch!

Fantastic service. Great job on the carpets. Made them look new again. Cleanef evetythong I could not rrach scrub everything I did not have strength to do. Nice to feal with. Cabinets look great floors clean bathrooms sparkle.

They could be a little more detailed with the cleaning than they were.

They responded within 30 minutes of my original email request and got the property scheduled for the day I requested. They notified me of the exact hours they'd be there, showed up on time, did an excellent job and finished on time. The entire crew took pride in the work they had done and walked through the house with me to show the final result. I was very, very pleased. Great attention to detail. Very professional and courteous and, as I found out, they are capable of doing more than just cleaning. They will be my first call the next time I have a move-in or move-out on a property.

Used commercial products to wipe walls, door, counters, bathroom fixtures, kitchen cabinets. Vacuumed rug, which was to be replaced so it was a light vacuum. Cleaned interior windows and swept floors.

They arrived on time and worked very quickly to clean the whole house after moving out. I was impressed at how fast they were able to clean the entire home. Even sweeping the back patio and garage. The home was move-in ready for my tenants.
