The crew arrived on time. Three men started with individual tasks, one did outside windows, the other inside, & the 3rd began the cleaning the kitchen. When the windows were finished, those men started the bathrooms. When the housecleaning was done, they cleaned the carpet then the tile. All finished in 4 hours & it was a lot of work. The guys were professional & friendly.

The owner's name is Bill. The experience went very well. It's the second time we have used them in two years. The price included the housecleaning and the washing of the external windows. They are very thorough. My wife gets pretty involved about checking things and does so by doing the finger test above the doorways and so on and they passed. We choose them over the others for exactly that reason. The end of every summer my wife goes out and visits our grandson for a couple of weeks and just before she gets back I get the house cleaned. We have been doing this every year. I don't remember who did the cleaning three years ago, but when she came back, she did the little test and they didn't clean everything that they should have. These people were cleaning everything. They were cleaning air-vents, and back above the cathedral ceilings where there are some ledges. They were getting up and crawling up on stuff to get above the ledges where we can't even see. Their price was reasonable. Two people came out at 7 in the morning and both of them were there for 4 hours. That's a lot of cleaning because my house is only about 2000 square feet and that's how thorough they are. They came out when they said they would. They called the night before to verify that they were coming out. They showed up right when they said they would. I have already told them I will call them again next year.

We recently bought a 1500 sq ft house that had been vacant and needed a good cleaning prior to moving in. I called Palladino's and spoke with Bill, who was very professional and quoted a reasonable price to clean the house and windows. On their website and on the phone I was told that one of the owners was always present on site. I was told Robert and a crew would clean between 11am and 1pm the next Monday. Robert would call a 1/2 hour prior to his arrival. On Monday, at 1245 when I had not received a call, I called Bill. He told me Robert would call back, which he did within a few minutes. Robert said they were running late, but would be here shortly. No problem, I understood, but it would have been nice if they had notified me. When Robert arrived, I explained what I needed done (top to bottom cleaning, and cleaning/dusting the windows). He told me that he would not be staying on site (despite what they promised) but that his crew knew what they were doing and would take care of everything. I left and told Robert to contact my wife when they were done so she could inspect the job. Four hours later, Robert called, and my wife inspected their work. Bathrooms and an entire bedroom were not clean, the fans not dusted, and dirt in several obvious locations. I don't know if this is because Robert was not on site, or just an indication of their usual quality of work. Either way, by the time they were done re-cleaning it was near 6pm, and dark outside. The house had electricity, but many of the rooms did not have light fixtures in them, which made doing a thorough inspection of their work difficult. Two days later, the first chance I had to visit the house, I began inspecting the job Palladino's had done, and immediately noticed an 8' crack running through 11 of my travertine tiles in the den, which definitely was not there prior to Palladino's crew being in my house. Never during 3 separate home inspections and 2 inspections with my real estate agent did we see a crack in the tiles. I immediately called Palladino's and informed Bill, who said he would speak with Robert. He called me right back, and said Robert told him they never used anything heavy enough to crack the tiles. I told him Robert was not there during the cleaning, and to ask his crew. Bill said he talked to the crew and told me no one had done anything to crack the tiles. I had a handyman inspect the damage, and he diagnosed it as a stress fracture from weight being put on the center tile, which was where Palladino's would have needed to put a ladder to clean my light fixture. My wife called Palladino's back, and told them they cracked the tiles with one of their ladders. Bill stated that as my wife had not mentioned it during her walk through (in the dark) they would not fix the damage. Obviously, unless you want shoddy workmanship, no supervision of employees, and costly unexplained damage, don't call Palladino's.

Called this company to see if they had gift certificates. They did not. A group of us from work was giving this service as a gift to a family in need. Bill was an absolute pleasure to work with, especially since the work had to be coordinated with those receiving the gift and payment coming from those giving the gift. Three gentlemen arrived on-time at 7:00 a.m. and the work took a little over an hour to complete. An absolute gem of a company!

I called them and asked if they could clean my 8300 square foot house the next day, and they were able to! They also requested to do my windows (I had found someone separately), so I let them. They did a great job overall, but were very rushed for time at the end and were packing up as the realtor and first client came through the doors. I think they underestimated the time required and number of people they needed. They originally sent two people, and called in two more to finish the windows. They were an hour and a half late, although they did call, waiting for a machine repair that wasn't used in my house. They barely had time to vacuum and mop, and I need to vacuum again, that was so-so, but overall good considering the time factor. One thing, when they dusted the blinds (which had 8 years of dust on them, I'm sure), a fine layer of dust was found on many services, and I think they shook off the cleaning thing inside the house in the hallway. Not sure, but there was a lot of dust on a wood chair nowhere near any blinds.

The cleaning crew arrived near the end of the window of time identified by them for the service time. The work proceeded quickly. Price is not the relevant factor as the quality of work was not sufficient.

They performed a very good job, and they always come on time to my house. This is a very professional company, and they charge me a very fair price. I always call them to clean my house, and I would like to recommend them.

They arrive on the schedule they have identified and are ready to begin work immediately. They listen to a definition of expectations concerning work to be done and execute the task as outlined. They work steady and complete the work in a timely manner. The results are satisfactory. As noted above they have done work for us before and we expect to use their services again. We appreciate their timely response, excellent communication and work ethic.

Not a very pleasant experience. One of the two owners of the company was the crew foreman. His attitude was poor from the very beginning. I would have pretty much overlooked that if they had done a good job; they didn't. Although the windows appeared clean when they left, as soon as the sun shifted and shined through the supposedly clean windows later in the day and then the next morning it was obvious that the windows were badly streaked. The streaks were not on the inside of the windows, as I cleaned the inside myself after they left. When I saw the streaks, I cleaned the inside again to be sure the streaks were on the outside. They were. I then cleaned the outside of a couple of windows to be doubly sure that the streaks were on the outside. They were. I didn't call the company back to redo the job because the owner/crew chief was unpleasant to deal with in the first place. It wasn't worth it to me to deal with them any more.

They were prompt, courteous, friendly, and very knowledgeable. I felt very comfortable having them in my home and they did a great job.

They were very professional in giving an estimate. The company was able to provide service in a timely manner. A lead person and three additional men went to work and completed all the work within 4 hours. Everything looked sparkling clean. My husband and daughter commented that they could see themselves in my windows. I'm very pleased with all the work that was done. I will hire them again.

THEY WERE PROMPT AND CALLED ME WHEN THEY WERE RUNNING LATE. THEY DID A GREAT JOB AND CAME BACK AFTER I COMPLAINED THAT SOME HARD WATER STAINS WERE STILL LEFT ON ONE WINDOW.

WE USE PALLADINO'S CLEANING SERVICES FOR OUR PERSONAL PROPERTY, AS WELL AS, OUR RENTAL PROPERTIES. THE OWNERS, AND THE STAFF, ARE EXCELLENT AND ARE VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE IN THIS FIELD. MY DAUGHTER SPILLED ORANGE COUGH SYRUP ON OUR OFF WHITE CARPET IN THE LIVING ROOM, I IMMEDIATELY CALLED PALLADINO AND HE PATIENTLY EXPLAINED TO ME WHAT I SHOULD DO TO LIFT THE SYRUP. HE HAD STAFF OUT TO MY HOME IN THE MORNING. ALSO, ONE OF THE OTHER REASONS I CHOOSE PALLADINO'S, IS THAT THEY USE A TRUCK MOUNTED CLEANER, RECOMMENDED BY THE QUEEN OF CLEAN.

THEY ARE VERY REASONABLY PRICED AND DO A VERY GOOD JOB. I WOULD DEFINITELY USE THEM AGAIN.
