Description of Work: I arranged to have a "move-in" clean on my condo so that my 83 year old mother would not have to worry about anything to move in. I explained to the company that I lived out of state and would arrange for someone to let them in and then to call my mother before they were done to check their work. I asked for sliding doors to be cleaned (including the door tracks) and two rooms of carpeting - I was told it was extra, but was assured they would take care of them. I prepaid for everything through a coupon on Angie's list and then sent a check prior to service for the extras that I added. | |On the day of the service - instead of call my mother as arranged, they started to leave messages for me - informing me that they were almost done and I need to come over to "settle-up." When I got the messages an hour later, I called and reminder them of the arrangements and that I was paid in full, but the window of opportunity was already closed, as they were already gone and the work had not been checked. | |I was able to go, personally, to my condo this past weekend (my mother has not moved in yet - so the condo has been empty). The cleaning job was very disappointing: sliding door tracks were not touched, inside kitchen cabinets were filthy, lids on brand new toilets were scratched by an abrasive cleaner, baseboards were caked with construction dust, carpets (which are new) are dirty, laminate floors were dirty. I spent a day cleaning before I could do the work that I had traveled there to do and I have damage to brand new toilets that was not there before!

Description of Work: Shampooed carpets in busy areas doing a great job. He was a few minutes late, his office called t tell us and he took some off the price.

Description of Work: Cleaned entire house that had been remodeled..cleaned all windows inside and out,all cabinets, all counter tops, really did a great job on the new |tile there was lots of dust & dirt. Great job and very nice to work with. |I will use them again !

Description of Work: We had them clean our micro-suede couch. They were very professional and thorough. The couch looks brand new!

Description of Work: They did a move in clean including carpets and windows. Kitchen and bathroom work was outstanding. Window work was very good. They also did a move out clean for us including removal of boxes and trash. Very good pricing on both jobs. Although be careful if you have a lot of windows. They were easy to schedule and quick about their work. They responded immediately and positively to criticism.
