+ -1 moreWhat a mess, I cleaned every day after crew left, also smoked in my home..... Overall experience was a very bad....never will recommend to any client of mine... In the insurance buss. Talk to home owners 20 times a day...
Description of Work: I had to do all the followup calling on this job, ie: will install began as scheduled is all product in, etc. The crew of one showed up the day installation was to began. All he did was unload truck. approx. 900 sq. ft. of laminate. Said a couple of men would be on job next day. Two did show up and did prep work. Said small B/R had to be leveled and would take a little more time in Hrs. Not Days. Floor has a hill in it now not a valley. This job was scheduled for 2 day's took 6... movers were coming so I had no time to argue the point, There was a mix up in measure and I drew pix to help, said more lam. Would have to be ordered, 7 boxes left. Forgot to order carpet for large Bedroom... Went with (PUCKETT'S)someone else..1/2 cost, completed next day. Waited on bill, my fault should have read invoice, they called my father and said they were putting a lean on my house. I paid right away, as I would have with a phone call.

+ -1 moreTHEY WERE MUCH MORE COMPETITIVE THAN BUYING THE FLOORING THROUGH THE BUILDER. WE FIGURED WE SAVED ABOUT $5000.00. THE PEOPLE WHO INSTALLED THE TILE, ESPECIALLY DID A GREAT JOB.
Description of Work: REMOVED EXISTING LINOLEUM & CARPET - RECEIVED $.20 A SQ. YD. CREDIT - INSTALLED 18' TILE DIAGONALLY AND HAD GRADE 1 CARPET AND SUPERIOR PAD LAID IN A 3500 SQ. FT. NEW HOME.
