They were here within minutes of speaking with them. Showed us what the issues we were having. Fixed them, worked quickly. Being a nurse, I have cared for many roofers injured on the job. I noticed that the supervisor had the crew do a safety check before starting. They cleaned up afterwards, would never know they had been here; except for the repaired roof.

Very professional. Started work the same day. They had to come out again as it rained the day after they were here. Again they were very prompt in returning to fix the problem. Yes, I would hire them again.

Tile roof leaked; OK fix, but doesn't match rest of roof. Re-sealed flat foam roof.....showed us pics and sent, most of roof looked very good since last re-sealed in 2012. Then they said they had to repair 10-12 "big holes" and required us to pay $7700 up front for a "new and better" product, 2-3 times published cost ranges; but we were in a bind due to major leaks and more rain coming. We had leak damage on the ceiling and two interior walls. They supposedly fixed them; but now the paint is peeling, ceiling tape is wrinkled and slumping, and there are cracks in the wallboard. Ted refuses to come out and fix it. Called and messaged Ted several times to discuss issues with tile roof and interior wall -- he said he would come in a week or so -- but then got a phone call from Jerry -- very aggressive tone, continually interrupted me, angry about messages, said if roof leaked call back, etc., etc. They promised to send warranty info on the product, and be responsive in follow-up.....but to date we have no warranties and no product info. They're unwilling to respond to questions or requests, will not send relevant info (warranties, invoices, pics). We wonder what they're hiding...... Anyone who believes their other reviews (that seem like they came from the same person) is likely to get burned.

Great quick service times. Hired them same day as work done. Very professional and they had some good cost effective ideas for us to consider. I was nice to have the feeling that they were honest, and not taking advantage with extra add on's or last minute surprises. Ted talked with me and made clear what our needs were in terms I could understand.

National Home Improvement responded to my request for shingle roof repair right away and completed the work on the same day. Very professional service.

They did high quality work very quickly- roof repair and house painting. We followed their recommendations for best solutions as to the roofing issues. The end result not only solved the problem, it was good looking as well. The paint is expertly done- very straight lines on stucco, good coverage. We would hire this company again in a heartbeat.
