Both issues were addressed efficiently, and Andre did some diagnostics on the new laptop and changed some factory settings to allow it to download much faster. When the copying of the iTunes library was taking much longer than expected, Andre suggested that rather than waiting for it to finish (and adding an hour and a half to the time charges) he offered to call me later that evening and finish the project remotely. He called at exactly the time we agreed upon and finished the project within a few minutes. This was the third time I've used My PC Techs for computer service. They've always done a first class job at a fair price, and I will definitely use them again.

Andre is my HERO. I got a new pc (Sony Vaio) and inserted an adapter which I thought would fit okay (from my previous HP, the hard drive froze up) but turned out it didn't. Went to another vendor first where the rep there was not helpful at all and wouldn't even touch it - said I would need to leave it there for a $100 minimum fee and said they would TRY not to damage my pc. I was quite disgusted and I left. It just needed the right tool to remove it? I just happened to do a Google maps search and found 'my PC Techs' and thought I might as well stop in - WHAT A GREAT SURPRISE! I lucked out and met owner Andre Morris and within 15 minutes he had removed the adapter from my pc with little effort and with NO CHARGE. I have to agree with other reviews on this business I read stating pride of workmanship! Andre gave me his best effort and set me on the road again, and I very much appreciated his time AND his appreciation of MY time in stopping in. I highly recommend my PC Techs due to the caring and expert service I received, and I will be posting this review elsewhere as well.
