Robert called right away to schedule. I got over 6 bids from other roofing companies, these guys offered a very reasonable bid and a 10 year warranty. I needed a total overhaul on my entire flat roof. They Arrived right on time. Very professional and honest. They took many before and after videos and pictures. I would highly recommend them and use again.

Robert is very professional and did the roof coating exactly as I expected. MSW also provided me with a 5 year written warranty. Other roofing companies wanted more money, but with a 2 year warranty.

Charles was very professional from start to finish, and his crew did a great job on my patio roof repair. I was especially impressed with his straight forward estimate and contract language: Each procedure was clearly detailed in writing from start to finish, all materials were listed and included in the price, no advance retainer was required, and no payment due until satisfactory completion of the work. The price was competitive, and they finished the job on a timely basis. I would recommend MSW and plan to employ them on any roofing work in the future.

Easy to work with, very observant to all problem areas, and willing to fix areas without trying to push refoaming whole roof. Company had best rating of the three I got estimates from (4.88), also had the best price. They came with a small army of workers and knocked the job out in one day. I will use this company again when the roof needs recoating in about five years.

Charlie and his staff did an excellent job with the roof. They really took great care in making sure that all was properly done and even fixed a rotten part of the sheathing. He also had a drone take fly by pictures of the job in progress. Outstanding!! A very responsive and responsible company.

Robert arrived exactly on time. He surveyed the roof and made the appropriate repair, for a leak, in that same visit. So far, so good! There has been no leaking during subsequent periods of rain. Going forward, MSW Contracting will definitely be MY ROOFERS!!

Would highly recommend MSW Contracting! They were very quick to respond to my inquiry, came out and repaired roof flashings that my builder refused to fix. Very friendly, kept me in the loop on their arrival time and did great work!

I would have liked to give Five Stars for the quality of the service for our flat roof; however, we also had a repair of the plastering inside done by MSW. The plastering was sub-par and we had to pay to have it redone. I would highly recommend MSW for roofing but not for detailed interior plastering. In all fairness, I did not have the nerve to provide this feedback to MSW at the time. The supervisor did not check on the interior work.
