The technician did not have equipment on truck and had to leave to get it. An hour later, I called the office to inquire about his whereabouts. The owner quickly lost patience and said for me to go elsewhere whereupon he realized the situation and apologized. Regardless, that is no way to treat a customer. Another technician had to return the next day with the proper equipment.

Good company, good people. I needed to replace a 10 yr old softener. They explained my options and gave me the info I needed to make a decision on the type of system I wanted. They installed the replacement within a week. They responded quickly when I thought there was a problem with the system running too long. It wasn't the system but a leak in the loop which wasn't their work. Their plumber worked into the evening to fix my leak. I would recommend this company.
