Hunter was so helpful on the phone and even willing to walk my handyman through a possible water softener repair if possible, but my unit was to old for a repair so I had a new one installed at a very reasonable price.

Hunter is the best and tires company is the only one to go over pricing on the phone. All the other guys refused to talk unless it was in person, and when they did come out and talk to me, the whole thing turned into an unwanted sales pitch. Hunter have me pricing over the phone, and sent someone out to install my softener quickly and professionally. Easily the best company for the job; I wouldn't waste time trying to call anyone else if I were you.

They back their products with a very good warranty. Were polite and professional.

Hunter went above and beyond to get us a filter cartridge holder that was leaking the day before we were leaving for the summer. As it turned out our only 10 year old system needed a rehaul so we decided to replace the softener. We trusted them to do this in our absence and everything went smoothly. We look forward to soft water upon our return to the valley. Communication was excellent and he was a pleasure to work with.
