 + -1 moreMagic Elves was recently sold to Excellent Cleaning several months ago. I was with Magic Elves for two years and service levels were good, but since the sale, service levels have deteriorated dramatically. Lack of communication and service quality are poor. The only thing that is working and on time is their regular billing.
Description of Work: Basically blow and go.

 + -1 moreThey did an okay job. I'd like to give them an A for everything, however they kind of blew that. I would use them again probably.
