M & M Landscaping

Very professional, came on time and did a thorough job. They are the first landscaper I have had that raked the stones. I hired them for monthly maintenance, which is working out very good.

Chris showed up on time, gave me an estimate, scheduled the work, and did a great job. They show up right on schedule every month and do a fine job maintaining my desert landscape.

Compared to other estimates that the value was above and beyond. They were able to finish up on a job started by someone else. Very friendly. They communicate well. Price per week for on going service.

These guys do okay work, definitely not great work. For example, they have yet to cut the "suckers" growing at the base of my bushes, palms and trees. They consistently blow gravel on to my lawn and debris into my pool and don't clean it up. Their price is great, but the old adage "you get what you pay for" fits them well. Their customer service sense is lacking--rarely got a call back within 24 hours of my leaving a message; their actual bi-weekly fee was higher than what I was originally quoted (admittedly only by $5, but a quote is supposed to be their price), they took vacation (of course they're entitled!), but didn't let me know until right before my assigned day. And as an ongoing insult, they continually mis-spell my name on my invoice--at least make me feel good about paying you! I've had enough of the mediocrity and have canceled my service and will be going with another provider.

I called them on Saturday to do the service and he said he would be out in about an hour. He never called or came so I called him and he said sorry and said that he would not be able to make until Monday. I told him that I would call another company to complete the job.

They do a really good job. They're trustworthy and I will continue to use them.

My call was returned in timely fashion. The estimate was set up. Mr. Munoz was a tad bit late, but he did take his time and talked with me regarding what I wanted done to the yard. His estimate was very reasonable. The day of the clean-up, the family arrived a tad bit late, however they did an excellent job!

The people who do the work are the owners which is nice. They are very inflexible as far as the day they come out, but they do a good job an I am satisfied.

They are supposed to come twice a month but they only show up once. It takes them a while to call you back and they never give you a specific time that they are going to get there. I wouldn't feel that they were expensive if they would just show up. I'll be looking for someone else.

These folks were a real pleasure to deal with! They returned phone calls, arrived as planned, did everything they said they would and more - all for a very competitive price. I've already asked them to come back next week to tackle our back yard jungle, and certainly will recommend them to anyone who needs yard work done.

Both times they were very prompt, reasonably priced, and did a great job!

They were able to come out four days after giving me an estimate.(They did reschedule the appointment for the estimate 1/2 hour before they were due to arrive on a Sunday morning. They were able to come out the next day, which was a holiday.) They called the night before the work was done, as requested, so that I could unlock the gate. I was not home when the work was performed but everything was done as promised and they just had me send them a check afterwards.

Great. The initial cleanup was very thorough, they spend hours trimming and cleaning. Now they come every other Tuesday like clockwork and pay attention to every detail. They don't just cut the lawn quickly and go, they trim a bush that needs it, they weed an area that needs it, they leave our property spotless every time. And one time they were going to be a day late because of a doctors appointment and actually called to say so with any apology. It is family run and the wife that runs it is a pleasure to speak to.

These guys are great. They showed up on time, were polite, and thorough. I was out of town on an emergency trip when they came out, but when I came home, the yard was fantastic. They now do my yard twice a month and I'm very happy with them.

Chris and his family are on time, friendly and very easy to work with. You can not have a more pleasant experience. You receive a phone call from them to schedule a monthly appointment. I work long hours and need a days notice to make sure I lock my dogs in the house and unlock the gate for them. We have worked out scheduling, which helps a lot. The monthly fee seems kind of high considering I don't have any grass at all. Other than that, no complaints.

Mand M returned my phone call the same day I left a message (very friendly and professional), set an appointment for a time at my convenience and arrived at my house right when they said they would. The job was completed quickly and the yard looks...well...it looks great. I really couldn't ask for a better job, and they were actually a little more thorough than they needed to be... not that I'm complaining.

The work was thorough and efficient, a bargain. I will have them come regularly for a monthly clean-up. The fee for this monthly service is a reasonable $60.

They are the perfect compliment crew to the company that did our landscape work (who do not do routine lawn and yard work). Chris and his crew (his family actually) are friendly, punctual and very, very responsive.

I was blown away (no pun intended)! They trimmed bushes that no other company has bothered to trim in the 8 years that we have lived here. They also cleaned up the citrus and pine cones that were on the ground (some companies will not bother). They took their time and did the best job on my yard that has ever been done. They spent about 2 1/2 hours on my front yard, back yard, and sides of house. Most companies that I have had spent less than an hour on a complete yard cleanup. I am so glad I finally found an excellent landscaping company! They were on time (a little early even), they speak English, and they are a family-owned and operated company. I am having them come back for bi-weekly maintenance and am looking forward to seeing them again.

They did an excellent job and were right on time. I have high hopes for this landscaper as all others have disappointed. They currently do several homes for my wife and I.

Chris must have brought over his entire family to clean up my yard. They did a great job, and even cleaned up afterwards.

I called Mand M after reading reports here; I initially called another company but they weren't willing to come to Ahwatukee. I spoke with Chris Munoz's wife, who was very polite and professional. The crew of three showed up Saturday morning (30 minutes late, but I didn't mind since they were coming on short notice). Chris's original estimate was $200; I thought this was very low considering how much work was needed. After they finished and hauled off about two truck loads of debris, I gave Chris a chance to revise the final bill, since I could tell he was regretting having said $200 earlier. He added another $50, which seemed fair. Of course, I threw in another $50 to tip the three workers because they really busted their butts and did a spectacular job. My yard was gorgeous and clean when they finished. I'd hire them again in a heartbeat! Oh, he also gave me the number of an irrigation company to address my leaking system.

They did absolutely the BEST yard work I've ever had done. I would VERY HIGHLY recommend M and M. The cost was more than reasonable for the results I got. I hope they will continue to come because I will recommend them to everyone. The first visit was $75 then $50 monthly.

Our yard had been serviced by another company in July, and since we were away for the summer, everything really grew with all the rain. I am very grateful for the ability to use the Angie's List for competent workers.

These guys worked their buns off. Boy was my lawn in need of TLC. I recently had a baby, so my husband (who used to do yard work) has been pulled inside to help me take care of everything else that is required in a 2 child household where both parents work. I can't begin to tell you how beautiful and clean my yard looked after Mand M was there. They even came on a Sunday to fit in the initial service since they knew it would take quite a few hours to get my yard in shape. Not only are they reasonably priced, but the service is worth every penny.
