They first came and gave me an estimate in September. The estimate was very reasonable for bi-weekly service for a small yard that needs to be mowed and also some bushes that need to be trimmed every so often. I hired them and they have been here three times now. They do a nice job and they are always clean and neat and polite. Also, Chris turned down a sprinkler for me one week at no extra charge and another time he threw down winter grass seed for me at no extra charge. So I'm paying them a little extra as a tip because they are so reasonable. Dora e-mails the bill to me, which makes it easy. I am very happy I hired them.

They are pretty accommodating to our schedule and will do the work even if we are not home. They have always been very responsive.

They're great! They did an initial clean-up of our yard (it was pretty overgrown) and have done the bi-weekly maintenance since then. We've had to work out a few things (such as how I like the shrubs trimmed), but they've been extremely responsive, polite, and punctual every time I've worked with them.

Everything went very smoothly and the guys did a fantastic job. They arrived at 8am and worked until just after 11am (which is what they estimated). Both the front and back yards looked fantastic when they were done. This company is by far the best yard service I have ever had the pleasure of working with. I immediately hired them for regular service ($40 every two weeks). Even their regular service is above and beyond. My previous service was in and out in maybe 10-15 minutes. M and M takes their time and does the job right. Very professional, friendly, and efficient.

They actually came an hour early and got right to work removing the two bushes. Their chainsaw broke, however, and they had to proceed by hand with a pickax and clippers and saws. One bush had minimal roots, but the other had huge roots that took a lot of effort and time to get out. I am sure it took longer and was harder to do than they had estimated, but they did follow the estimate. There were also so many branches and and so much yard debris that they had quite a bit of work fitting it into their pickup.

perfect. Chris came out to give us a quote a few days in advance. Very professional. They showed up when they were supposed to, did everything we asked. I never had to step out of the house or remind them what we wanted. We told Chris a few days ago that we didn't want a rose bush touched, it was left alone.

They did an overall good job and the price was very competitive. I was just a little surprised that they had to use my equipment (ladders, tree trimmer) to trim my trees. They told me they were capable of doing teh work, so they should have brought their own equipment.

Their pricing is wonderful and the people are great. The yard always looks good.

The first time they did the yard, we knew that we had found a wonderful family for our maintenance. They always show up with the same people on the right day and do a very thorough job. Chris and his son are very helpful and easy to communicate with. We have hired them permanently for our yard maintenance, and we know that we can leave the house without worrying. Their cost is very reasonable, and significantly less than the previous company I had. I think they are great!

This was an excellent experience given I have had several very poor experiences

They did an amazing job. Our yard was a complete mess--four guys were working diligently for almost 4 hours to clean up the yard. They gave me quote for $350,but I ended up paying them $400 because I knew the job was far more than they had anticipated. I was quite happy and will use them for a monthly yard service.

The service was beyond terrific! I called Chris and his dad was out that afternoon to look at the work and give me a quote of $250.00 for the work. I had a call back that afternoon from Dora who scheduled the work for today. The crew came out early and went to work and they were done in less than 2 hours. They did a great clean up of all the areas, none of the trimmings were left behind. The work was done very well and they went out of their way to make all the areas look neat and tidy..

Really well, gave an estimate one day, came the next and banged it out. We were thrilled with the work. Really nice people too.

I tried Mand M after firing 2 landscapers to do my regular service. The first tied me into a one year contract and nickle and dimmed everything. It was extra to adjust the irrigation, extra to spray for weeds, etc. And they simply refused to pull the weeds - they had to die off from the spray which was very expensive. They were expensive and my yard never looked really nice. I lined up a new company to start exactly 2 weeks after my last service with the first landscaper. After showing up 2 weeks late, they then said I had maintained my yard and doubled the estimate. I finally went to the List and found Mand M. I was desperate by this time. The yard was a real mess after crappy service for 1 year and no service at all for over a month. Chris and Dora came out the same day I called, gave an extremely reasonable estimate and did the work right away. They have been my regular landscapers ever since and my yard has NEVER looked so good. The yard looks great all the time. They don't nickel and dime - if I want a bush taken out, no problem. And they actually pull the weeds - not just spray them. They ALWAYS come on their scheduled day or will call if there's a change. This is a really nice family owned business that takes a lot of pride in their work. By far, the best landscapers I've ever had and price is more than reasonable every month. I highly recommend.

They were very responsive. They showed up when they said they were going to. They got the job done within two days after giving me the estimate. They charged a very fair price for the work they did. They did a really good job.

The Munoz team has been coming to my house to perform yard service for the past few months. I am completely satisfied. They are always thorough and do an excellent job. They are less expensive than the previous crew I used and do a much better job. If I call and talk to Mrs. Munoz on the phone to request special services, she always gets the message to the guys doing the job.

It went well. They arrived on time and completed the work professionally. They also indicated they would come back in a couple of weeks to apply more seed, which I did not expect them to do so that was a nice surprise. They were a little more expensive than last year (twenty dollars), but with the economy where it is today I think you have to expect a small increase in price.

They come in all types of weather and never complain when we ask them to do anything. They are very efficient and accommodating.

They are very nice and courteous. They come by every time, at the same time every 2 weeks. We were away for most of the summer, and they kept coming regularly to take care of the yard. We are very satisfied with them.

It was excellent. Their customer service is wonderful and they bend over backwards to make it right. They take pride in their business. They don't charge any additional cost to maintain the shrubs, which is very nice.

We have had Chris and his son doing our yard work for several years. They will do anything I ask. They trim trees, pull out trees, fix sprinklers, even help with my chicken's and chicken yard. Chris called to let us know our pool pump had a small leak and we very much appreciated the heads up. Thanks Chris!!

Dora called back the same day and had the job scheduled for the end of the week. She gave several options on the front yard only, backyard only, both, and monthly upkeep. Very thorough, communicative, and responsive. I live out of state but our tenant said they did a good job. There was a stain on the sidewalk from spraying; not sure if it'll fade or not.

On a scale of 1 to 10, Mand M is about an 8.8. I would like them to communicate with me and/or my wife more often to check and see if we have any issues or other yard concerns.

They are very cheap and reasonable, they planted 5 palm tree and 13 bushes.
