My main problem with the LL is that I got a quote for install and calculated the cost of the wood and trim so thought I had a price. Later on, when I went to the store to get the final price, I found out that I was paying for the glue separately ($1400.00!). Needless to say, I left and found a better deal with a local company with in-house installers. Everybody else I talked to had the price of glue rolled into the install price, as it should be. So while their wood price may be good, get ready to be nickle-and-dimed. I gave them a chance to correct this and lower their price, but they wouldn't budge.

They were really excellent. They were considerate of our belongings and our home. They were very conscientious of not damaging the furniture and our home. They were very polite and considerate of the needs of our family during the process of having the installation done. They were very professional and accommodating. They did an excellent job putting the floors in. They weren't in a hurry and they took time to be deliberate. My experience couldn't have been any better. The price was average.

They were able to help me select the appropriate products to go along with the flooring such as quiet padding. They installed my flooring quickly and even hauled away the old carpet. It was worth the money to have them install it for me, someone who can do some home renovation projects but not others. The only discrepancy is that when I ordered the flooring they told me to only get 5% extra for cuts, but when the installers came to give their estimate they recommended 10% which is what I had been taught on home improvement shows. I did end up returning a few boxes of product, but my rooms were pretty rectangular. Overall, my rooms have been transformed and in a short period of time and it was worth it and I am very happy.

They were very prompt, cleaned up well, and did a really good job.

It went really well. They had very competitive rates, and they were willing to get supplies from their other locations if they didn't have the quantity that we required.
