it went very well. They are gracious , hard-working. It went even better the second time because they were more familiar with the house. The ladies did a thorough job. They have been here three times now.

I chose them because of their reputation. I was very impressed by the work they did. We had another team come in and their work was not comparable to the first team. I voiced my concern and they resolved the issue. Scheduling is very easy and Lucy is really on top of it. There are times when she contacts me the day before and has to re-schedule however, she is very accomodating and flexible.

I had Lucy and her team do a one time cleaning and they did such a nice job I have them coming every two weeks. Lucy is friendly, responsive, and very patient with my two dogs.

When I called Lucy for information she responded quickly. She is cheerful and experienced. She has trained her team well. They dusted and vacuumed, mopped floors and cleaned bathrooms and baseboards and windows.

They where on time and very nice.

They came on time with short notice.

Overall experience was very positive. If on a time constraint, just make a list and they will deliver!

The actual cleaning was done well. However, I had given very specific instructions over the phone regarding leaving the toilet lids down for the safety of my kittens, and I stressed how important this was to me. My instructions were not followed. Also, we miscommunicated about what day the cleaning would occur. She canceled the first time (which was fine) and then called to say she was coming on a day we had not previously arranged (which was less fine). I had to scramble to straighten up and get her a key. (I clearly should have just said no. But I wanted my house cleaned! Anyway, lesson learned.) Finally, the person on the phone (who I assumed was Lucy?) said I would not be charged for cleaning supplies, because they came before they were supposed to and I didn't have a chance to purchase supplies, and then the bill that was left for me included a charge for supplies. Obviously there was some internal miscommunication as well. Overall, I'm not sure why other Angie's List users have given the company an "A."

Lucy was great on the phone, very easy to deal with. Two ladies arrived 1/2 hour early! They spoke enough English to get by. They brought all their own supplies and got right to work. They spent extra time (at my request) washing out the fridge and stove. Pleased with the work.

It was good. The very first time they were supposed to come they showed up an hour and a half late, but I think it was a miscommunication thing. I had to reschedule, but ever since then they have been good and they do a good job.

I arranged for the housecleaning to done on Thursday, June 19, at 11:00 A.M. On Thursday morning I received an e-mail saying that the cleaning crew would be late and should arrive by 12:30 P.M. At 8:45 A.M. I received a phone call from Lucy Higgins saying that the crew had made a mistake and were now in a car outside my house. Lucy asked if they could clean my home immediately. They parked their car on our driveway and the car leaked oil, which I did not notice until after they had left. I called Lucy Higgins regarding the oil and she promised to have it cleaned up at their next visit two weeks hence. On July 2, I e-mailed Lucy and reminded her of the oil spill and her promise to clean it up on July 3 at 11 A.M. At 12:05 P.M. on July 3, they had not arrived, so I called Lucy Higgins. She claimed that the crew had not told her I wanted them again, nor had she read my e-mail of the previous day, so she said she had not scheduled them. When I reminded her of our conversation regarding the oil spill, she suddenly found someone to come to clean up the oil spill on my driveway. They arrived at 1 P.M. and tried to clean up the oil spill on the driveway. The clean-up effort was ineffective and the oil is still on our driveway. The crew also thought they were to clean the house at this point, although I had told Lucy I would no longer require their services. Lucy Higgins does not communicate with her employees nor with her customers. I will not use this service again.

They are the best cleaners I have had. They are polite, professional, and knowledgeable. The crew knows what to clean and how to clean it. I completely trust them in my home and I highly recommend them. The price is reasonable but they could be a little more punctual. I feel confident with Lucy's.

NO SHOW!! Didn't even get a call. Left Lucy a voice mail explaining that the ladies didn't even show, and didn't get a return call. No apology, nothing. I used her a couple of times in the past because of her good reviews on Angie's List, but it seems she may be getting too much business to handle. However, a no show without a call back without an explanation or apology is inexcusable. WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN!!!!

I phoned Lucy and she called me back, she was delightful on the phone. Lucy explained how she started her business and why. She has been in business for 8 years. I am extremely pleased, for a first time cleaning the price was very affordable. I have only used the service once but will certainly use her again monthly. The ladies showed up even a few minutes early.

She had a very good price and did a good job. She didn t have to do everything and I just used her the one time, but I will use her again as I need her. She did very well with the floors and it didn t take her long to clean. She was very thorough and I didn't have to do anything after she was finished. I would highly recommend her service she does great work at a great price.

The workers were one time, courteous, and thorough. We tried to arrange services with two others beforehand. Both of the others were late to the first appointment. We are very pleased after the first cleaning, and Lucy the owner has been prompt in communicating with us via email. We plan to continue this service.

Lucy called back in a couple of days and scheduled two housecleaners to come two days later. The two showed up exactly on time and I briefly went over what I needed them to do. I came home later in the afternoon and the house was IMMACULATE. My house hasn't been this clean ever and I moved in a year ago! I would highly recommend Lucy Higgins to anyone. I'll use them on a bi-weekly basis from here on out.

We initially used Lucy's service to clean our vacant condo in order to rent it out. They did a terrific job with that and it was probably cleaner than before we moved into it as a new build two years previously. We now have a bigger house - 4 bedrooms, 2100 SF, and I'm pregnant, so didn't want to be scrubbing at this point. The ladies who come do a terrific job and are very thoughtful with their work. We will continue to use the service every two weeks, and will probably schedule an intensive cleaning a couple of times a year.

WOW! Convinced this dude that a weekly housecleaning by someone with skills is worth it.

I LIKE THAT BECAUSE MY NEEDS EACH WEEK MAY CHANGE. LUCY IS ALSO AVAILABLE TO HAVE PEOPLE LAST MINUTE & SHE IS FLEXIBLE.

THEY ARE VERY KIND AND EFFICIENT. THEY LOVE MY BABY!
