I recently switch to Larimar Pool Service and could not be happier. my old pool service I had for 15 years, but gave Larimar pools a chance and very happy I did. Highly recommend them.

JP is very professional, knowledgeable, dependable, honest and fair. . He shows up every week to maintain our pool. He sends us pictures and communications weekly to confirm our pool is clean. He is honest and fair on his pricing. He tries to maintain our equipment as long as possible to help us keep the life of the equipment but is honest when something needs to be replaced. We are grateful for JP and Larimar Pool Services.

I can text JP with questions or concerns, like after storms, or large groups, and he gets right back to me. I appreciate his hard work keeping our pool and pool equipment in great condition.

JP takes his job seriously and is a true pro. In years past I had used other companies but nobody could control my pools algae problem. However, I have had great results with JP. I can trust his advice and always count on him to be honest in his recommendations. He would not suggest or push anything that is not necessary. Very polite and prompt. He seems to know what heâ s talking about. He gave me advice in the first 10 minutes and saved me hundreds of dollars. If he was not an honest person he couldâ ve use that to his advantage and charged me more to resolve my problem, but he did not.

Over all it was a great experience. Juan Pablo is very knowledgeable and on time .

JP does great work and pays attention to detail. His communication with us has been great, always letting us know if there is something that needs to be done, letting us know when he has come and letting us know of any potential problems. We are looking at building a new pool and he has given us a lot of insight into different products, going above and beyond to be helpful. If JP ever retires, I'm getting rid of my pool (kidding, but he is that good!;). He's been maintaining my old, 70's diving pool for several years now and has not only done a fantastic job of routine monthly service, but also all of the misc. repairs himself (filter replacement, acid washing, etc., with very fair pricing). I greatly appreciate his consistency, reliability, professionalism, and how proactive he is. Communication has always been prompt and easy too.

I had been having trouble with my pool for a few weeks and my former vendor continued to drag their feet. The day I called JP, he was at the house, diagnosed the issue and had a game plan. The pool is perfect now!!!! Totally recommend!
