 + 0 moreMade an appointment with them and they sent Mike Moniasque. I specifically told him I needed things itemized because I didn't know if I was going to do everything we discussed. I got the written quote about a week later and it was broken down into front, back and side yards instead of being itemized like I requested. I called Mike's cell phone and left a message about needing it itemized like I had requested so I could choose what I could and could not do. I never heard from him.
Description of Work: Needed a quote on re-landscaping my back, front and side yards which included some regrading and installation of French drains.

 + -1 moreKathy is the BEST designer, and I give her AAA. If something is not to your liking, she will make it right for you! Make sure that there is someone there during the job to communicate with you in English. They did an excellent job! They are not the cheapest in the book, but the work and the look of my landscaping was well worth the money!
Description of Work: Installed about $5,000 worth of landscaping for me.

 + -1 moreAFTER THEY WERE FINISHED WITH IT, THE YARD LOOKED GREAT AND EVERYTHING WAS AS PROMISED. THE BIG COMPLAINT I HAVE IS HOW LONG IT TOOK THEM TO COMPLETE THE WORK. IT WAS ABOUT A MONTH FROM WHEN I FIRST CONTACTED THEM UNTIL WHEN THEY GOT AROUND TO STARTING, WAY TOO LONG IN MY BOOK. THEY WERE FRIENDLY, PROFESSIONAL, AND APOLOGETIC ABOUT THE DELAYS, BUT STILL IT WAS A BIT LONG TO WAIT.
Description of Work: WE NEEDED A COMPLETE REWORK OF THE BACK YARD - NEW GRASS, NEW ROCKS, NEW SPRINKLER SYSTEM, ETC. ALSO A SMALL GRASSY AREA IN THE FRONT YARD NEEDED A COMPLETE MAKEOVER.
