HomeLong story short, Ken cooled us off and saved us a small fortune. Since then we have continually referred him to friends and family. I trust Ken to be one of the most honest and trustworthy people I have ever met, He has also done work on my roof units at my retail store. He truley is a Godsend.

At the end of last year my AC coils were freezing up after it ran for a while and I had a hunch that I was low on freon, decided at the time to wait until this year to have it checked out.Ken, very nice guy, arrived precisely on time. First thing he did was to check out the system for any sign of leaks and general condition.Found the system was 2Ibs low, recharged and replaced a couple of caps that were known to be leakers. Talked about the possibility that the unit is coming close to it's end and gave us information about other units but at no time did he push any kind of a sale talk, he was just sharing his knowledge. I am a person who does not write comments or such on web pages, but this is the first time that I have been impressed with the professionalism, knowledge and aptitude of a contractor. I was very happy with everything and would definitely recommend this company to all my friends.

They did a great job! When the air conditioner went out he worked really hard trying to fix it, and didn't get any where. He spent about an hour and a half or two hours. He then told us that we needed a new one. He didn't charge us any extra for all of the time he spent trying to fix the old one. He did an incredible job! The whole house cools down really fast. It's great, and we are very pleased. We were out of town when all of this stuff started happening. We flew in for four days, and realized that all this stuff didn't work. They came in and took care of all of the stuff that needed to be done while we were gone. He was very trustworthy.

There is nobody better then them. They are honest, do good work, and at a fair price.

This company did an excellent job servicing my air conditioning unit. I have no complaints toward their service. I personally think that they are reliable and honest. The price they manage is very competitive and reasonable. I would recommend them for the great job they do, and the low prices they offer.

Ken Seal is a pleasure to work with. He performed this routine AC work expeditiously and at a reasonable rate. Our previous experience was in 2004 on our last house where Ken was the lowest bidder and had the best solution for removal of the old unit and installing the new one. The work was completed in a timely manner and cleanup was perfect. Would never hesitate to recommend him to friends.

KEN SEAL, THE OWNER AND OPERATOR OF THIS COMAPNY, IS VERY RESPONSIVE AND HELPFUL. HE IS VERY HONEST. KEN CAME OUT AND SERVICED ALL 3 AIR CONDITIONERS AND CLEANED THEM. THEY WERE ALL FINE. HE THEN REVIEWED THE DUCT WORK BECAUSE SOME ROOMS WERE WARMER THAN OTHERS AND MADE SOME ADJUSTMENTS TO BALANCE IT. I HAVE REFERRED HIM TO OTHERS AND THEY WERE ALWAYS PLEASED.

THEIR PRICE WAS REASONABLE AND WAS ECONOMIC. WHEN OTHER COMPANIES ASKED US TO REPLACE BOTH A/C UNIT THE PERSON FROM THE COMPANY REPLACED THE MOTOR FOR ONE UNIT (OUT OF TWO) AND DID MAINTENANCE CHECK ON BOTH UNITS FOR THE REASONABLE PRICE. THE PERSON WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND HONEST. HE WAS THERE FOR FIXING THE PROBLEM AND NOT TO RIP US OFF.
