+ -1 moreI only work with Jose Diaz Tile. His staff are professional, courteous and exceptional craftsmen. My kitchen backsplash has many curves and the alignment of the pattern is perfect on every 90 degree angle.

+ -1 moreWe were impressed by the person who came out to estimate our job. He arrived on time and spoke very knowledgeably about proposed installation. However, one week has gone by, no estimate. I called once and emailed once to ask about the estimate..still no estimate. Very disappointing.
Description of Work: Install natural stone tile in two bathrooms and one shower.

+ -1 moreThe installation was terrific. We purchased the pavers and Jose's crew did the installation. Very professional and polite. Between Mike and Jose, all our questions and concerns were answered promptly. Mike maintained communication with us, updating us on when the job would start and finish. Very pleased with the results.

+ -1 moreAfter this bid, another contractor who measured, but never submitted a bid and a third who nebver showed up to measure, I've decided to do the work myself.
Description of Work: Called Diaz Tile to inquire about a small job (tiling a kitchen backsplash - approx 25 square feet). I was told they would do such a job. The estimator came out the following day. He was punctual and totally professional. The estimate e-mailed the following day was, in my opinion, outrageous. They quoted a rate of $33.00/sq foot for labor. I'm realistic enough to expect somewhat of an upcharge for a small job, but this seemed ridiculous. I wish contractors who really don't want small jobs would just say so - it would save everyone a lot of time and aggravation.

+ -1 moreThese people were hired by the hardwood flooring company and did a truly excellent job. They had to remove all the old tile, a messy job, but they cleaned up perfectly. There had been pipes that burst and ruined the tile floor. They are someone whom I would definitely hire again and would recommend to friends. The cost was covered bit the insurance.
Description of Work: They replaced about 800 square feet of tile in our house.

+ -1 moreI WAS AMAZED AT THE WORK THAT WAS PERFORMED. FROM THE DAY THEY WALKED IN, THEY MADE SURE THAT THE HOUSE WAS KEPT SPOTLESS. I COULDN'T BELIEVE HOW CLEAN THEY WORKED, WITH GROUT AND TILE FRAGMENTS POTENTIALLY GOING EVERYWHERE. THE WORK THEY COMPLETED WAS MAGNIFICENT. THEY MET ALL MY EXPECTATIONS AND MORE. I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE LOOKING FOR A TILE INSTALLER. THEY ARE THE BEST.
Description of Work: JOSE DIAZ TILE INSTALLED CERAMIC TILE IN MY LIVING ROOM, DINING ROOM, KITCHEN, FAMILY ROOM, LAUNDRY ROOM, MASTER BATH AND HALLWAYS. THEY INSTALLED APPROXIMATELY 780 SQUARE FEET OF TILE. THE TILE WAS LAID IN A DIAGONAL PATTERN.
