 + -1 moreThe inside of the windows was done first so that I could run an errand. Upon my return (about 3.5 hours later), Scotty was wrapping up the last of the exterior windows and replacing the screens. I decided not to have the screens power washed. The area around the front door has a lot of glass, which now looks fantastic. The job on most of the other windows was equally well done. Unfortunately, the water from the sprinklers hits a couple of windows and the hard water has left mineral deposits on them that will need additional effort to remove. I didn't feel that was within the scope of the cleaning job I'd asked for. Scotty was professional, completed the job on time and left no mess behind that needed to be cleaned up. The only thing he didn't do was relock the screen doors after washing the respective glass---no big deal.
Description of Work: Upon arriving, "Scotty" provided me with a bid for cleaning windows (both inside and out) for single story house in Scottsdale, AZ.

Description of Work: The coupon stated $115 for single story home and another price for 2 story homes. We have a one story. They did state on the coupon that screens were more so the first year I used them the total came to $160.00 which included screen removal and cleaning. The second year they charged me $190.00. When I called to ask why the big difference from the previous year the woman I spoke with said that I had something like 45 window panes. I told her that I didn't have any more than the previous year when they charged me only $160. When I told her that the coupon said $115 for single story plus screens and that the previous year they only charged me $160.00 all she said was that was the charge for the number of panes I had. I told her that her coupon was misleading then since it stated a flat $115 for one story homes and that I wouldn't be using them in the future.

This group is very organized, cleaned all 45 panes of glass in 45 minutes. FYI, John's is based in CHANDLER not in Scottsdale as listed in Angie's list. Phone number is correct.  + -1 moreJohn and his team came to my home to clean both my windows and screens. My windows had not be professionally cleaned in several years. They used a gentle power washer on the screens. They even used a tool to scrape the windows from all of the rain/dirt....my windows have never looked so bright! The service and results were exceptional.

 + -1 moreWhen the young ladies arrived they unpacked the equipment and started working right away and were very professional. When the work was completed had my husband and I looked to see if the work was up to par and we were pleased with the job that was done on the windows. They were very clean did not leave anything behind for me to clean. Other than the price that was different from the verbal estimate I would use this window cleaning service.
Description of Work: The young ladies did a good job with taking out the screens and washing them and also cleaned the outside and inside windows.The two young ladies put back the screens after it was dry. One cleaned the outside while her partner washed the inside window.

 + -1 moreThey were prompt, professional and quick. 50 windows and 48 screens in 2 hours. They were polite when entering house and did not leave any mess. I called them on a Tuesday and they came out that Friday.
