 + 0 moreJim called me back after I left a voice message for him. He spoke with me in detail about the process he would use. When he set an appointment to come view the area, he was on time. He was also punctual for the install. He worked quickly and efficiently, making sure the job was done right. I felt comfortable with him and would use him again.
Description of Work: Jim installed glue-down bamboo for me in a bedroom. I had already pulled up the carpet and baseboards, which helped cut the cost. The final product was beautiful and the price included putting up new baseboards. He did a great job, was on time, was clean and very knowledgeable about the process.
