He could not find the point of entry for rat(s) and dismissed possible entrances, opting for the clothes drier vent which is metal and has no point of entry into the wall as it goes completely into the house. He set traps, but only with dry bait as he didn't have other. I still hear the rat(s) after several days.

Caleb, one of the techs, came out. I loved the fact that he remembered I had other appointments, so he came early. That kind of respect is uncommon. He knew what he was doing, and displayed professionalism and superior customer service the whole time. I know about customer service and even taught a course on it at Disney Land, so when I say he delivered superior customer service, it means a lot. I would recommend Green Machine pest to anyone.
