Iâ ve use this service for almost a year. I had a bad case of scorpionâ s in and outside my house. Since Iâ ve used their service I have none. Doug is very educated when answering my questions on bug control.. Also, he is a nice person with great customer service skills and always on time. Thank you, for everything you done for me.

Brad Humphrey came out to check out what was going on with my beetle situation. He did an exception job at reviewing every area and taking samples back to the office for review. He also treated the whole house with the indoor spray on all the baseboards. He even informed me if there was still activity he would come out again with a few other options. He was in it to really resolve my problem. I had another large company come out who was not able to fix my issue but I have all faith that Brad and the Green Machine team will be able to do it. Thank you so much Brad for being so friendly and accomadating, super customer service and much appreciated.

Jamiily paid attention to coming and going out the door and watching that my cats did not get out. Also, it has been a windy and rainy couple of days, and I would say not one speck of dirt or dust was left by her. She really was an excellent excellent technician.

Gabe Keller was amazing. I was not home during the treatment, of which we all knew. He spoke to Jamily as to what I wanted (our pest control applicator) and Gabe called me before he started. We validated my conversation with Jamily, he sent me pictures to clarify locations. As always Green Machine feels like a true family and customer service.

Hi! I felt like I went back in time. Brad H. Has as much class and integrity as one man can have. He kept me informed tru the entire process and not being a salesman, maybe he should be, he made me aware of other issues, spiders and snakes, ok fine spiders and bugs resolved them. They closed all entry spots where roof rats could enter. Set 5 traps that killed 2 rats. Came back weekly to check traps. I would recommend them to anyone with roof rats.

Alex who did the inspection looked at every nook and cranny and explained what he found and what the treatment would be like, including chemical used, process, and warranty. Bradley who supervised and did the treatment also explained everything in detail. Very professional and expert service!
