I hired this company to take care of a spider issue we had and it did not help, They promised a monthly spray at a bi-monthly payment at first, then changed to bi-monthly spray and payment. The spiders came back (thank god we don't have scorpions where I am located). I called to cancel and went through them trying to up my cost and charge me monthly even though the original agreement is different than what was promised. I will say at first it seemed like a great choice and then when the pests continued and I learned they had some of the highest prices around I decided against using their services. I have already gotten multiple quotes for almost half of what they charge for a service that does not work.

Green Machine has given me peace of mind; when I formerly had ugly bugs indoors and out, I seldom see them outdoors, and never indoors. Proof is that crickets, roaches, spiders, etc. get within two feet of my exterior and die. I have an indoor pet unaffected by the products and would recommend their thorough and pleasant staff, especially Scott, to anyone. I don't think my DIY neighbors are saving any money, and have crickets in their walls and scorpions at the door.

We had been fighting a roof rat problem for months and our existing pest control company was not resolving the problem. Green Machine diagnosed the problem finding issues previously missed. They fixed the issues and over three followup visits we have not had any problems. Excellent job!

The representative came out and quickly performed the necessary pest control. I haven't had any crawling insects since.

The only rodent they caught was a tiny native kangaroo rat. I hired them to catch roof rats. The traps were sometimes triggered but no roof rats were caught over three weeks time.

A family owned business with actual friendly staff. The rep that came to the house was great. Did a real good job explains everything.
