Fast response in removing wasp nests. They re-checked the area free of charge when I saw lingering wasps a few days later. Technician used chemical scent to encourage remaining wasps to leave. No more wasps. Service included spraying entire property.

I have had a few technicians all have been great. Today Michael can to our house. He was very pleasant. I told him about some concerns I had and he checked them out for me. Thank you. Love Green Machine.

This company has the most professional service I have ever seen. Brad has been to my home 2 times and is consistently cordial, friendly and knowledgeable.

The GMPC technician, Brad Humphrey, walked out after only minutes on the job and sat in his truck for over an hour, refusing to perform a scheduled termite treatment while I waited. What should have taken one hour, went from 10AM~1:30PM which included all the theatrics by Humphrey and finally the termite treatment. Humphrey claimed to â not like my attitudeâ in the 1st few minutes after we met. He asked me numerous times if â Iâ knew where the termites were, each time I explained I was the Realtor; not the owner, who had a death in the family and could not be present. Apparently I did not supply the correct answer for Humphrey, so he accused me of having a bad attitude and walked away to only sit in his truck until management made him do his job. I even called a male neighbor Iâ ve known for months over to speak with Humphrey to encourage him to do his job and attempt to convince Humphrey I was not a rude person. The neighbor stayed with me for protection, his idea. This behavior of Humphreyâ s was simply unwarranted. Iâ ve been a real estate professional over 30 years and have never experienced such unprofessional behavior. When Mr. Humphrey FINALLY decided to do the termite treatment, I was asked prior, by manager, Kammy, to stay away from Humphrey, preferably in my vehicle, while he treated the vacant home. GMPC had already performed an inspection weeks prior with the home owner. The salesman/inspector was kind and professional same as Allie, the receptionist. Wish I could say the same for the Manager, Kammy and technician, Brad Humphrey. If time was not â of the essenceâ , we would have happily, without hesitation, cancelled the service entirely. Beware! Something is just not right here.

Green Machine was awesome! They were professional, on time, and got rid of my problem immediately. Living in a condo in an older section of Scottsdale, we had a severe roach problem. I thought there were no solutions. That was not true. After Green Machine’s initial flushing treatment, the roaches literally disappeared. Their one year treatment schedule is affordable and convenient, and I no longer have to worry about embarrassing roaches invading my home. I am so happy I called Green Machine!

Tech did a thorough job what I asked him to do, very professional.

We had a very small beehive & were charged $195 to exterminate the colony. I felt the price was high for the amount of work done. It took about 15 minutes including suiting up. However, the colony was removed with one visit & we have had no further issues.
