On time and very knowledgeable in their business field. Explained the process, and were efficient and pleasant. We have a cat so there was concern about that but the traps have such small openings that we were reassured that the product would not reach the cat. The process takes some time with roof rats, but it appears to be working.

This company comes highly recommended. They have very knowledgeable staff whom are always friendly and pleasant except for one and most companies have plenty of those. The majority of this company are not that way. We have already recommended them to quite a few family and friends.

It is good to know that there is a company out there, that has a technician, that will show up on time. There are a lot of companies out there, that make an appointment and never even show up , this company, has a good technician , that will show up on time and give you some good.
