Green Machine Pest Control

The project was to install vent screening on the roof vent to keep rodents out of vents.

I received a call back after entering project on Home Advisor the next business day. They were interested in listening to the details of my problem (scorpions) and set up an appt for within 48 hours. The technician, Gabe, was very professional, knowledgeable and personable. He answered my many questions without hesitation. He took his time without making it seem like he was in a hurry. After 2 days, I didn't see any scorpions. No live bugs, just dead bugs! Very impressed, already talked to several people about the very positive experience I had with Green Machine. Thank you, Gabe!

They did a great job. Adjusted their schedule to fit mine. Very thorough. Explained clearly what their plan was and then they explained what they did. Would (and will) hire them again in an instant.

When they came They listened to my concerns for the bees and they showed such compassion and love for the job. They handled it quickly and efficiently. They cleaned up better than the other 2 companies I've hired to remove out honeycomb that have developed in the past. They were fairly priced and very personable. I know they care about.doing it right and as humaely as possible. I will definitely recommend them to anyone who.has an issue that needs an exterminator.

I called green machine on the phone looking for someone to help me because I thought I had roof rats. Mason, employee of the company, came in and up on the roof and looked all around and came back and told me the good news, no signs of roof rats.He did explain that there were a few services that I could benefit from and that he thought my home needed. No high pressure, I said I needed to think about it and I would call back if one of those services or all of them I was ready to purchase. Mason was polite, took his time to explain all the services and when I ask how much was the inspection of my roof was going to cost and he said there was nothing there was no charge. Several months later when I noticed insects in and outside of my home I called green machine and explained what was happening and Mason was sent back to my home two days later. Again, excellent service..
