Geno, Norm and Danny from Gray Beards were amazing. After many phone calls to other contractors, checking references and reviews, we contracted with Gray Beards to build a 800 sq. ft. casita for my in-laws in late 2021. The construction concluded in March 2022. If every contractor were as professional, responsive, and genuinely cared about their product as Gray Beards does, we would have stellar construction everywhere. Every time the inspector from the City came out (and there were many) he commented by saying "this is the way a house should be built". Everything Gray Beards said they would do they did and each step was done professionally and with pride in their workmanship. My in-laws are now moved in and love their new home. We could not be happier with our choice to contract with Gray Beards. In addition to having an amazing casita, we consider Geno and Norm lifelong friends. Regardless of your needs, before you contract with any contractor, give Gray Beards a call. You truly get what you pay for and will not be disappointed.

Gray Beards was great to work with from start to finish. They listened to what our wants and desires were, put a plan in place, and got to work on the project. They were honest and professional during the whole experience. We decided to add to the scope of the project once it was underway and they were flexible, had great ideas, and made it happen. Our family is incredibly happy with the way everything turned out. We would 100% use their services again.

We had interviewed and received bids from three companies during our initial search for a contractor. We could not be happier with our decision to go with Gray Beards Construction. From our initial meeting with Norm and Geno, during which they provided some excellent suggestions, including increasing space and flow in our living room, to my wild idea of adding a deck over our garage (after construction had already begun), they were nothing but professional. Our project manager, Danny, was the best. He was not only helpful and understanding throughout the process, he also was patient with us as we asked questions and made suggestions. As we were living in the home during construction, they made sure to seal off the construction areas, which greatly limited the dust and dirt throughout. In summary, they were outstanding from bid, design, construction, and follow-up. They made sure they addressed any issue, and would not consider themselves to be done until we were happy.
