 + -1 moreI left a voice mail message late morning on Christmas Eve, expecting a call back sometime after the Christmas Holiday. My Gove Technical specialist Tim, sent me a text message 20 minutes later from the airport (presumably already on his holiday) providing me the information I needed on my account. The responsiveness was amazing by itself but their ability to deal with issues out of the office was further proof that my business is booked with the right provider.

 + -1 moreGove is a very responsible and friendly company. They did a good job installing the alarm, and are always willing to answer questions when they come up. My only complaint is that no one ever answers the business phone when I call (of course the monitoring number is answered immediately), but someone usually calls me back promptly. I like supporting local businesses and this is a really good one!
Description of Work: Gove installed advised us and installed a home alarm system after we had a burglary in 1997. We did a plan so that we paid a monthly fee of about $10, in addition to monitoring over three years that paid off the hardware. We have had monitoring done by Gove since the system was installed for $19.99 a month.
