"DO NOT use this company under any circumstances. We went with them and paid $2,000 for a new garage door opener. We paid this amount because we were told we would have a lifetime warranty on it. After we paid and signed everything, the technician said oh we can?t honor the warranty unless you upgrade your springs for $800-1200 more because your door is too heavy. So we asked them to take it down as we only paid this much to receive the warranty. We were told to wait for the technician to talk to his manager. After a lot of back and forth they are unwilling to do anything and stated all sales are final. Upon talking to some coworkers, they had a the same or similar experience. DO NOT USE THEM. You will regret it. "

"I thought everything was wonderful as I have used AZ Gauge Door for fixing a broken spring and installing a garage door opener in the passed. Now the spring that was fixed broke and now I am told that there warranty policy on the spring would have been covered but they did not replace both springs last time and for their warranty (that I am learning about now, not when they came the first time) to be effective they would have needed to replace both. Very upset because now I am having to pay for the service again and all they are willing to discount is their service charge. I feel like it should be their service charge and one of the springs for their lack of communication. Manager said that the technician no long works for them and has no idea as why this was not explained to me at the time of the first service in 2019. I dii ok by either yet I am the one that must pay the price for their lack of communication."
