Contacted RJ to discuss setting up appointment to hire for stem wall foundation repair. Unfortunately, he was not in town at the time I wanted to hire and had to go with another company. However, he was very courteous and professional on the phone. He gave me a reasonable quote. Will consider contacting again should the need arise.

Contractor still has not contacted us for over one month and still does not answer his phone (I just tried again before posting this review). If the contractor does not want our business, or is sick or something, he should at least return our call and let us know.

Quote and responsiveness of the contractor was good, I just decided to go with a larger company that specializes in piles (to address my specific needs) and offers a lifetime transferable warranty.

I did not get it repaired through JR, but found him very professional and knowledgeable. I had hired a structural inspector earlier and JR also said the same things as the structural inspector regarding cause for crack.

It didn't go well at all.

They were prompt and efficient and completed the work in about 2 hours to my satisfaction

Overall, the work went extremely well and was accomplished in a timely manner - about a day and a half in all. J.R. and his assistant were very careful in masking walls, doors, and miscellaneous furniture remaining in the work area. Saw cutting is a wet operation and the water was well contained. It's also dusty and a high volume air filtration system kept dust to a minimum. Cleanup was excellent; only a bathroom counter needed minor wipedown.

The Gaje crew were a pleasure to work with - efficient, knowledgeable, personable and professional. They worked with me to provide service with the least disruption possible, which is important to me since I work from home. The results are excellent - I enjoy the floors and they're easy to maintain.

The job done was good. They came when they said they would come. Their estimate was right on. I would use them in the future.

The first 2 companies i called would not do a job this small. Gaje came out immediately to provide me a quote. This happened with the day of my initial call to them. Within 3 business days they came out to do the work. This happened to be at a time when we had some heavy rain so it hindered the completion of the job on day one. On Wednesday the final day following confirmation with me that i was satisfied with the work they returned to fill the holes and complete the job. J.R., the owner, was great to work with, he assures that the customer knows what is happening at all times and that they are satisfied with the work that is done. I highly recommend this company for contracting and concrete work.
