Everything went smoothly. We loved that selection and quality of finishes/products. Response time was excellent. If we had a question they got right back to us. The contractors they hire are top quality. The customer service was outstanding. FloorEver Interiors did what they said they would do and they were on schedule and on budget. Very good firm to work with.

We bought a home in Sun Lakes that had carpeting In the two bedrooms and closets. As an asthma sufferer, I needed to replace the carpeting. Being new to the area, we asked around and selected Floorever Interiors in Chandler, a family-owned business, and selected a wood grain style-ceramic tile. They removed the carpeting and set the tile floor, beautifully. They did everything they promised, on time and on budget. They exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend them!

We were new to remodeling as we just got a house, but FloorEver was amazing! Amanda walked us through what needed to happen, was always available to answer questions either over the phone or by email, and worked with our crazy schedule to make sure everything was done and done well. We had them replace the cabinets, the countertops, faucets, sinks, and they redid the drywall and interior painting. They organized all the different components and people needed to make the project happen and I wish we knew about them sooner so they could have helped out more at the beginning of the process. We will definitely be back as they helped make our bathroom dreams happen.

Best company I’ve ever worked with. The owner/consultant was very professional yet friendly. She was always on time, there when she said she would be. Went out of her way to meet us before store hours. No pressure. We are very pleased with the quality of the product and the installation. The service was excellent!!

Melissa and her team were wonderful from start to finish including the installation. The day I walked into the store and met Melissa I knew I had finally found a company that cared about it’s customer. When I looked at samples they encouraged me to take them home and review them with my husband since he couldn’t join me for the meeting. I brought them home and we picked one that was out of our budget, of course that was the one we fell in love with. When I called Melissa she said that she thought she had another sample that was similar and within our budget and she would call me back once she found it. When she called me back she agreed to bring out the sample to me and when I saw it we all agreed it was perfect. We purchased the carpet and couldn’t be happier.

Wood was installed in both rooms on the diagonal since the flooring was a add-on to the rest of the house. Looks great. Flat molding was installed to cover transition between the old and new areas in both rooms. We were dissatisfied with a couple of the molding joints in the great room. Owner inspected and the installers replaced problem areas to our satisfaction. Wish we had more projects for FloorEver Interiors to do. Very good group of people to work with, especially Melissa Jerger.

Excellent! They were professional (from the showroom to the installers), excellent value, no surprises, the price quoted was the price paid - no changes, they stand behind their installation and product with a guarantee, and they insisted that we didn't pay until and unless we were 100% satisfied. Additionally, the owner came by to inspect the job! They finished sooner than they originally estimated, and it looks beautiful! We are so pleased. We are so glad that we found them, and did not go with the other flooring companies out there trying to just give discounts but not quality work. Remember, you get what you pay for! But, FloorEver Interiors pricing was fair and reasonable, with no extras, surprises or changes last minute. Now, that's how to run a professional company. And, I'm a stickler for good value!

Melissa Jerger of FloorEver was the most amazing and talented design specialist I have ever worked with. Not only is she super knowledgeable about all her products, she also helped us match colors, select window coverings, and everything even not within the realm of her usual responsibilities. Her taste and color sense are impeccable, and she's in touch with clients constantly. She oversaw the installers, sent us photos when we were out of town, and checked the job upon its termination. We loved her from the moment we met her, and we chose FloorEver Interiors over others. We're so glad we did!!

This project lasted over two weeks, and Jeanne and Karl did a great job of coordinating the project and keeping the various sub contractors on schedule. Although we paid slightly more for our project than we might have done somewhere else, Jeanne's experience and advice coupled with a degree in art was well worth it. If you want someone to assist you in selecting tile, coordinating paint, suggesting carpet colors and knowing the minutia of tile and carpet installation, this is the place to go. Jeanne even creates a computer view customized to your project. She advised us on several key details like where to stop and start sections of tile to avoid small pieces that might crack. She insisted we go to view the fireplace tile which we were coordinating with a floor medallion because of the differences in individual tile appearance. We were glad we did, as we did not like it, and was glad to have Jeanne to help pick another tile which worked. I cannot begin to catalog all the ways we were helped from color or grout to tile arrangement in a diamond form to placement and cutting of tile around the medallion. At all times, both were available and Jeanne was especially patient and never tried to push her opinion into our selections. We would highly recommend FloorEver Interiors and plan to repeat our business with a mantle and tile for our shower in a few months. FloorEver has a little bit of everything.

Jeanne helped me pick out carpeting for my office, two bedrooms and a staircase. She was great working with me and what would fit into my budget. I had the old carpet removed about a week before intstallation so we could completely sanitize floors and paint the walls of our new home. I had to push the installation date but they were very accommodating and punctual with scheduling. She came into my home to measure and was helpful with color matching. I have recommended Floorever Interiors to friends and would use them again.
