 + -1 moreThe tech upsold us a new anti virus plan which we didn't need, but he convinced us that we did. Then he convinced us that if we boutght a plan for a year it would include any other repair within that year. He had to come back for the repair he should have taken care of, and told us that the yearly plan only meant a slight discount every time. It cost us $390 for time, repair and antivirus. Rip off for sure. Would not recommend this company.
Description of Work: The techn came out and fixed my laptop, we thought!
