Dave is awesome to work with. He worked within my budget and allows me to do 1 or 2 windows at a time.

The end product came out very well. The time to get the product was lengthy, but their pricing was good so it kind of weigh those out and pricing was more important to me than timing. They are very nice and they aim to please and they were very frank with how long it will take me to get the shutters. They did a good job. The install team was very professional and polite.

They did a great job. They were early because the manufacturer got the installer the blinds early.

Steve Moore and the team at Elite Shutters and Blinds are excellent. Steve took his time and worked with us to figure out what window coverings would look best in our house while staying within our budget. He is the nicest person, and made the whole process very comfortable. He has a great understanding of the product and his customer service is top notch. He even responded to some emails that we had sent same day during the weekend, and was always good at following up. Everything overall was priced better than the comparisons we looked at as well. The install crew was a little early in the day of install- which is always a plus in my book. They were professional and they were able to install our over 20 window treatments quickly and efficiently. I would definitely recommend them and use them again in the future.

After reading the reviews on Angie's List, I referred this company to my mom, who then raved about her experience working with Kim Bischoff. A short time later, I contacted Kim to assist me with a special project for my mom. Kim was extremely attentive and helpful with selecting the right product and color for this project. After placing the order, Kim frequently provided me updates on the status and the projected delivery of the product. Kim even went the extra mile to make sure the installation department accommodated my request for a specific installation time. On the day of the installation, Adam (the installer) called ahead as I requested and arrived on time. He was also very professional and friendly. My overall experience working with Kim and her company was phenomenal from start to finish. I would highly recommend Elite Shutters and Blinds for your next project.

After reading the positive reviews on Angie's List, I called and they were very responsive with an immediate appointment to be scheduled with Jill. I met with Jill who was very professional, personable and knowledgeable regarding options available for the replacement of shutters in family room. More importantly, they were able to meet my request to have the installation complete prior to the Thanksgiving holiday weekend. I would highly recommend them and will use for all my future needs.

Dave was great. He went through all of the options and was willing to work with me to do the shutters as I could afford them. He also found someone to make a bug screen for me!

Kim, the designer, was extremely helpful, responsive and involved throughout every phase of design, follow-up and installation. The installers were punctual, professional and clearly took pride in their work. We recommend Elite Shutters & Blinds enthusiastically!

This company was a dream to work with! Starting with the first contact, the customer service was absolutely sparkling! They did what they said they'd do, when they said they'd do it, and with a responsiveness that I have rarely experienced. Since we were replacing existing blinds on the windows with the new shutters, they took down and hauled away the old products, explained that painting/repair would be needed before the shutters could be installed, and provided the necessary timeframes to sequence the steps. Since the French doors required special customization, before I approved the drawings, I wanted to verify the measurements were accurate. Jennifer very graciously came back out to the house and re-measured (only to verify that the original measurements were correct). She didn't seem at all upset that the second trip wasn't necessary, but she bent over backwards to be sure I was pleased and at peace with the process before placing the actual order. The men who came to remove the old blinds were very professional, efficient and kind, as was the man who installed all the shutters. Each and every person was a delight.

I recently had Elite Shutters and Blinds install shutters through out our home, and also new sun screens on the outside of our home. Kim came to our home and was great, very helpful in picking the right product, and helping me decide what would look best on all windows. Her customer service is top notch, and she followed up with us all along the way. I don't remember the installer for the screens, but he worked very efficiently on a very hot day. The screens completely changed the outside of our home, we have had many compliments from neighbors. Eric was the installer for the shutters, and he worked very efficiently and without any interruption to us. I love them, and am very grateful to Kim for her recommendations. Elite Shutters installed shutters in three bedrooms and the master bath. Shutters aren’t cheap, so I obtained four estimates before deciding to go with Elite. I decided to go with Elite based on price, quality and the helpfulness of my sales person, Jaclyn. Jaclyn is very professional, knowledgeable, and her follow up is very impressive. Often, once the contract is signed, the sales person disappears, but Jaclyn was available to answer questions, alert me when the shutters were ready for install, and made sure I was happy once the shutters were up. I recommend Elite Shutters (ask for Jaclyn). I will use them again if the need arises.

The Sales Manager, Steve Moore, came to our house twice and spent a considerable amount of time with us, showing us lots of color and fabric samples and helping us decide what products would work best for the applications we had. He was readily available by phone to answer questions we thought of after he had left, and he followed up quickly with revised quotes via e-mail. The Duolite vertical shade for the sliding glass door took a little longer to get because it's a product not ordered very often. But it was worth the wait. We love the versatility and the look of all the shades/blinds we ordered. The installers were pleasant and worked quickly. Overall, it was a very good experience. We did get a second quote from another company before making our decision, and Elite's prices were much better. We also received a 5% discount for being an Angie's List customer.

I liked them. I got those shutters hanging at my house and they're beautiful on my level. I'm probably going to ask them to do my bedrooms too at some point.

We moved into a new house and needed to install window treatments. We wanted to start with shutters and met with Kim Bischoff of Elite Shutters and Blinds. Kim was very professional, knowledgeable, and was very quick to follow up with any questions we had. She was very thorough about explaining our options and helped us figure out the best shutters for our needs. Kim recommended splitting our shutters so that we could close the bottom 2/3 for privacy but still could control the top third separately so we could still let natural light in if we want it. We love how the shutters look and how they function. Dave was the person that installed our shutters and the process was quick and efficient. After moving into our home, we had at least a dozen mailers from window treatment companies as well as several flyers that were in our front door. It is overwhelming to know who to call. We actually met with another window treatment company that we found at a home and garden show and it was a bad experience with poor follow up. We highly recommended Kim and Elite Shutters and Blinds for any of your window treatment needs. There is a store in Chandler, AZ but Kim is flexible and met us at our house.

The gentleman that came out who was actually the owner was very efficient and very thorough. It was a very comfortable experience. The installer that came out three weeks later was very quick and sharp and did a great job on the install. I couldn't be happier.

Everything was great from the person who first took my call, to the order, and installation. Easy process and friendly staff.

Very poor communication throughout the project. We thought the sales person was wonderful and personable. However, she was non-responsive once the order was placed. We had issues throughout the installation, and the service team member performing warranty work was very unprofessional. All in all, a bad experience.

Dave did a great job matching trim and giving a full ranks of options all installers were very nice and did a great job. Happy to work everyone in the house.

Estimator came gave us price for blinds-shutters. Measured and later measures and installers came on time and completed the job quickly. Touch up and clean up excellent.
