+ -1 moreFor the amount of work that was performed, Element Plumbing charged a lot of money.
Description of Work: Replaced one cartridge in a shower. The cartridge cost $50 and the rest of the money, almost $200 was for labor and trip charge. The garbage disposal was stuck from non-use and only needed to have the 5/16 th allen wrench used under the sink to break it free...fee $25. After complaining, the lady that I talked to, took off the $25 garbage disposal fee.

Description of Work: He asked pertinent questions of size, age, exact problem, etc. He gave me a price when I asked … before I asked him to do the job. He told me he may not be able to get it done today but would come and look. Upon seeing my situation and looking it over, he told me I needed a new water heater due to leakage around the temperature gauge.

Description of Work: Installed new water heater & water softener. Installed multiple shower valves and quarter turn shut off valves. Installed new two drain washer box. Moved hot & cold water lines for sinks in two bathrooms & moved shower lines.

+ 0 moreTech arrived on time. He put a lot of thought into how to solve the problem regarding the recirculating pump and how it was affecting the water flow in the master bath. He relocated the 'loop' from the bathroom to the kitchen and solved a very irritating problem. The hot water flowing into the bathroom now stays hot at an even rate - it fluctuated before, and was very frustrating.
