Carlos and his brokerage will get you more money for your house, will charge you less than anybody else and will make the entire experience a very comfortable one for you. If you hire him you will be very glad you did! He came highly recommended from a family friend, is a professional with many years of experience in real estate and a high level of education. I was surprised and felt very lucky to find this higher level of professional offering his services at a lower rate than anybody else. Since he came recommended I trusted him from the beginning and he delivered. Most time he will pick up my calls immediately, or if not able he will return them the same day. Same with email, he will always respond the same day. He is also trained in negotiation, which became very handy when negotiations got though. Just during those negotiations he was able to save me more money than what I ended up paying his company. If that was not enough he is the nicest agent I have ever worked with, he will be very honest and will make you feel like you are working with a friend.

We had Carlos previously on a home we wanted to buy, but canceled the sale because the seller raised the listing price. Once the Holidays were over, we again asked Carlos to be our realtor. It went smooth as silk. He negotiated on the price and the seller agreed.
