John and his team did an exceptional job. John came out to the house, performed a walk around and did a great job of explaining the entire process. The price we were quoted was extremely fair. We agreed to the price and the date the prep and painting would be completed. We provided the colors based on our neighborhood association options and discussed where we wanted each color. The team was on time and very efficient during the prep day. On painting day, the team was on time and walked around with us again to make sure all of the details were reviewed. During the initial painting, there were a couple of changes that we decided we wanted, and they were more than accommodating to make them. They completed the painting on time and performed all of the functions they stated they would complete. We are very happy with the job and would highly recommend John and his team for any work.

Power washed on Friday, arrived Saturday at 07:30 am finished about 05:30pm, cleaned up and left a very happy home owner.

The team arrived on time and got to work right away. The job was completed in the time frame that was discussed. In the initial meeting, I felt that all questions/concerned were heard. The men working at the house asked questions for clarification as well. I will definitely refer them and call when more work needs to be done.

Met wih John explained what i wanted done he quoted price and we set the date. Day before work began john phoned and went over everthing. Arrived on time and power washed the house. Next day they came covered everything ,nailed and repaired eaves. Sanded and filled eaves. Primed problem areas of house. Painted with approved hoa paint colors that they got from clubhouse. Paint job is excellent. Also painted two steel gates at no additional charge. They cleaned up everything. Prior to payment john told me if i found anything to just phone him. No problems great job.

They just came around, house to house, and gave us an estimate. Then I hired them. They were two brothers. They were polite. They did a good job, it was a great job. I was impressed with them. They filled the holes and refinished it. They took out all the hanging pieces we have outside before they painted. They did a very good job. I will use them again.

Provider was painting other homes in the area and just knocked at our door and ask if we were interested in his company painting our home. I am not one to make a quick decision especially about this. It was the last thing on our minds. I looked them up on Angie's list to see that they did great work. I also checked with a neighbor that just got his home painted. Fair price and really really great work. I would recommend them to anyone even my closest friends.

One of the younger men came to the door saying they had painted numerous houses in the neighborhood. They did take my husband and I around to see some of the work they had done. First, we are very happy with the final product. The house looks great and I would recommend them. They did a great job of masking and cleaning up. They did the job in one day. The only issues we had were that we tried to make sure they understood our instructions to put our dog gate down so our dogs would not get out. This information apparently was not passed on to the workers that came after. So I would recommend that you stay home while they are working so there is not a lack of communication that could cause a pet tragedy. Secondly, they do not take credit cards. You must pay with cash or check and they apparently prefer cash. They do offer a two year warranty on their work. Everyone that came was very pleasant and the actual painting crew were also very professional and easy to talk to.

Very satisfied with the results. Downside: Really hard sell by one of the sons who was going door to door since they were already painting a house in our neighborhood. Upon completion he was very unhappy that I was paying with a CC, despite my agreement to cover $40 of his processing fee. Very pushy. The workers completed the house in one day and did a great job. (Would have been better if they had moved the patio furniture etc back upon completion.) Also, it took two weeks and several phone calls to get them to come back and put the finishing touches on one shutter and replace a roof tile that had been knocked off. Despite all that, I would recommend them based on the quality of the finished product.

Henry Keith, the owner works with three sons. The Keiths provided a detail estimate and started work on time. The price was very competitive. Credit cards are OK. The work performed was outstanding. Great care was taken to protect the concrete walkways ,driveway and patio. Comprehensive patching and power washing was performed prior to paint application. The paint colors were reviewed and approved before application. Great care was taken in masking off unpaintable and separate color areas. Window sun screens were removed and replaced. The final result was outstanding. Henry, the owner, stopped by after the job was done and inspected the work. Henry actually found a few details he was not satisfied with and applied some more touch up paint which was very impressive. I strongly recommend HA Painting.
