DC Painting

The guy from DC Painting painted our house before we moved in. There were a lot of mistakes made. He admitted that he hired a bunch of guys that don't regularly work for him. He looked at the house and admitted what was wrong. 

He has come back to look at everything. Every time he comes over, he blames us instead of himself for the work. He has stopped coming over. Instead, he makes up excuses. We ended leaving phone calls and emails. He's not reliable or dependable. DC Painting was a disaster.

Excellent! Dana was very professional, and his crew very capable. We have known Dana for many years, but never used his services as a painter. He came out to give us a quote and offered excellent suggestions on options. For example, the front door is solid wood and had a very worn stained finish. He said he could strip it down and stain it, but offered the solution of painting it to match the home. We took his suggestion and loved the result. Our 20 year old home looks brand new! The crew cleaned up everything so it looked like no one was here doing work. No incidents or surprises, a wonderful experience from start to finish! We did have one issue, when Dana was to start, we had workers doing tile work, and construction in the house. Dana suggested that he delays starting the paint job so that there is no conflict with the 2 groups. Excellent suggestion. Dana started a few days later.
