I called them on November 6th (Saturday) since I had a bad leak in my irrigation system. It's been several weeks and I haven't heard back from them.

Appointment was for 7am, but Dave called that morning and said he'd be 30 minutes late as he needed to pick up some supplies. Irrigation system was installed in 1993 (front) and 1995 (back). I told him about two drip system leaks and said there might be others. He fixed the two leaks and found one more and fixed it. He checked out the drip emitters and capped some that were not being used and replaced two that were not big enough. He checked out the valves and controller and recommended replacing the front yard valve ($79) as it was over 15 years old and likely would fail soon. He minimized the amount of digging and did a good job replacing the landscaping rock. We discussed whether it would be worthwhile to replace the entire irrigation system, and he recommened waiting until leaks started occurring on a more frequent basis. Total time was 1.5 hours.

We called several companies for estimates and few are willing to come out and give sprinkler repair est. We weren't sure if we would need repairs or complete replacement. Dave recommended the repairs as the system is not old enough to replace

Poor, a week passed without being able to come out to do estimate, he scheduled twice and missed both times, had to go to another firm. From the other reports, he seems to do good work, but he's a one man firm and can't get to estimates in a reasonable time.

I emailed Dave Monday, and he came out Tuesday which was great. He was on time (in fact, a few minutes early!). He got right to work, fixed fixed the leak, cleaned up after himself and was out of here in an hour. He was friendly and professional. Price seemed fair. We would use him again.

Dave was here when I arrived home from work, as agreed he was part way thru the repairs we had discussed on the phone. With each zone he would show me what he had done and if I wanted any other changes. This was a return trip and he did not charge a service fee per his statement on his first visit. Today he replaced several sprinkler heads, made an adjustment to the sprinkler controller, and tuned up the zone in the back yard that was watering the patio along with the yard. Dave was here about one hour, he is an efficient professional, leaving no traces he changed any sprinkler heads. Dave is prompt, fair priced, and I would recommend him to anyone who asked. I have given his business cards out to coworkers and encouraged them to contact him.

Called Dave on Friday scheduled appt with him for following Thursday. When I arrived home from work Dave had already activated each zone and had made an assessment of what was needed and what changes he believed would benefit the lawn and our water bill. Upon agreement with his suggestions, Dave got to work and reprogrammed the sprinkler controller, eliminating one duplicate program, and added a new zone to the program. He also replaced 10 broken or leaking sprinkler heads and raised about 3-4 more that were to low to be effective. All of the work was accomplished within 2.5 hours and when completed he commented that he did not charge me for some of the time he was here because it took him a while to figure out how the sprinkler was programmed and he did not feel it was appropriate to charge me for his having to sort out the controller. He wrote out what each program did, when it did it and which items it covered. I now have a better lawn and will I believe use less water. Thanks, Dave

Next time I call, I'll make sure I know how much the charge will be before they arrive.

Dave was very detailed in his work, arrived on time and kept his appointments. He communicated exactly what the work was to be performed in detail, and called me when the job was completed. I highly recommend Dave's Sprinkler Repair and would have him back for any further work. Dave's work ethics are excellent.

Dave was professional, matter of fact, and very helpful. It is refreshing to deal with someone you know isn't trying to take you for a ride. He was very nice about explaining each step and didn't proceed unless I was comfortable with whatever work he recommended (in other words I always felt like I was in the drivers seat with decisions - he would simply advise). It was a bit pricey, but to tell you the truth, it's money well spent. I would definitely recommend him.

DAVE WORKED DILIGENTLY & CHARGED FAIRLY. PROBABLY NOT THE CHEAPEST BUT HE KNEW HIS BUSINESS AND WAS EFFICIENT. ON 1 STATION, WHICH HAD TO BE DUG UP, HE RECOMMENDED CALLING A LANDSCAPE CONTRACTOR BECAUSE THEY WERE BETTER EQUIPPED AND COULD DO IT AT LESS COST.

HE WAS VERY POLITE, PROFESSIONAL AND HIS SERVICES WERE DESPERATELY NEEDED AFTER TRYING SOMEONE ELSE WHO CAME OUT AND FAILED MISERABLY.

DAVE WAS PROMPT IN RESPONDING TO MY CALL AND WAS ABLE TO FIX EVERYTHING IN A TIMELY MANNER. PROFESSIONAL AND EASY TO WORK WITH.
