 + -1 moreIt went great. Sami was very honest and extremely helpful and showed me everything I needed to do(I am computer illiterate). Repair was fast and I am extremely pleased with the service. I would go back to them any time I need help with my computer. Thank you Data Doctors!!!!!
Description of Work: Needed a hard drive installed into my computer and maintenance done. All do to falling for an online scam that deleted all of my files.

 + -1 moreThey are in places all over the valley but the one that I went to was in Scottsdale. They did the job, and I was pleased. It took a while to get the repair done.

 + -1 moreOk, computer boots now but received back in slightly worse shape than brought in with power connection more loose, but was already worn out and a week later an eletrical burn smell came from it. But still works although I don't know for how long !!!!! I don't know if was just bad luck or coincidence. Ended up buying new computer anyways for $600.00 and spent $200 on repairs. It's easier to replace a battery than a computer so don't plug in and move around a lot that power connection is very delicate.
Description of Work: Computer wouldn't boot.

 + -1 moreVERY NICE REPRESENTATIVE THAT EXPLAINED EVERYTHING IN LAYMAN TERMS SO THAT I COULD UNDERSTAND EXACTLY WHAT THE PROBLEM WAS AND HOW IT WAS GOING TO BE FIXED.
Description of Work: REMOVED VIRUSES FROM COMPUTER AND DELETED UNWANTED SOFTWARE TO SPEED UP THE START OF WINDOWS.
