About us

We have over 40 years experience in the HVAC business. This is our second Air Conditioning company we have owned and operated, we started the first one also from scratch in southern Illinois in 1981. We owned that for 21 years before selling and moving to Arizona approx. 21 years ago. We are a licensed, bonded and fully insured contractor. We service and repair heating and air conditioning equipment of all makes and models. We also offer quality installations. We are family owned business that gives you that personal touch. Our many years in the business allows us to solve problems quickly and at a fair price. We also specialize in duct modifications for systems with balancing issues. We were awarded the 2011, 2012, 2013, and 2014 Best Contractor of the Year Award as featured in Angie's List Magazine before that award was discontinued - as well being awarded the Super Service Award!!

Description of Work: We have three air conditioning units which all needed annual maintenance. In addition, one unit wasn't working at all. He tuned everything up, got the non-working unit running and the price includes them coming out again in the fall to check the furnaces. Kirk and Susie, the owners, are the most down-to-earth, trustworthy people who you feel like you've known forever! They have hired a new technician, James, who serviced our units this time and we were just as comfortable with him! I would recommend anyone use this company! We will never go back to one of those "Big Box" companies to service our home.

Description of Work: They gave a quote for an AC part replacement and also for AC system replacement. Owner seemed very knowledgeable about either the repair/replacement. He came across as honest; however, I thought their pricing was not competitive.
