A wonderful experience considering the circumstances (no AC). I called after hours and the repair was started within an hour and a half and I live in Maricopa !! The repair took about two hours, but it was comforting to know that Croffoot Air Conditioning would not leave until the repair was finished. I have had nothing but wonderful experiences with this company and will use them for all of my heating and AC needs. Additionally, they are really nice people and a lot of fun to talk to.

We called when our outdoor A/C unit started to make a terrible sound. The phone was answered immediately, and we were tentatively scheduled for late afternoon. I was promised a call back around lunchtime with an update, and was pleased to receive a call at noon as promised. In fact, Kirk arrived around 2 pm. The unit wasn't making the noise, but he did diagnose an issue which was fixed. Unfortunately, just after his departure, it started the noise again. I immediately called and he was back at our house within 5 minutes. He was able to hear the sound and more thoroughly diagnose. Our coupon was honored for both portions of work completed on that day. I also received a follow up call the next day to ensure that we were satisfied with the work and were experiencing no further issues. I was very impressed with the communication, professionalism, and work completed. Highly recommended!

I called on Wed afternoon and they put me on the schedule for Fri. Called back a bit later and said he was free and was on his way right then! This is the second time I've called them (used them last year when the a/c was again not working well). Everyone is really nice, they don't press to buy anything unneeded and I feel like I can trust them to give it to me straight. So happy that I've found a good company!

Noticed it was warmer than usual upstairs Fri at 3 in the afternoon, The vents were blowing warm air. Checked Angies List , called these guys and Susie the President said she would know if Kirk would be able to get to the house tonight by 5pm and set up an appointment for sat at 1130 just in case. Called me back and made sure the ac unit was off so the condenser wasn't a block of ice so it could be worked on easily. Then called my back around 430 and said sat is the good time. Called sat and asked and showed up 1 hour earlier. Fixed the problem, serviced both units discussed age of units, checked temp at vents and air balance throughout the house.

On initial visit to diagnose the problem, charged the system to keep us cool until he could return to make needed repairs. Very pleased with the service and value offered by Croffoot. Kirk took the time to understand the problem and provide options. In the end we saved a bundle and have no continuing issues. Thank you, Kirk.

I called for air conditioning service for a 16 point servicing. He went up on the roof and told me that there needed to be about $900 worth of repairs. I checked on Angie?s List and Croffoot gave me a second opinion and installed a new capacitor for $232.00. I would highly recommend them because they are honest and ethical. I also like that they are a smaller company. He also gave me a 10% off because I was an Angie's List.

Kirk was the absolute professional. He was punctual, did a thorough job, cleaned up completely and was extremely pleasant and personable. I bought a house in Maricopa and needed to have the AC system checked before the summer. Kirk cleaned the system, added Freon, and thoroughly checked the system He also installed a new thermostat that I had purchased. He did not try to sell me anything additional, which I really appreciated. I will definitely be using Croffoot for all of my AC and heating needs - I liked the service so much that I signed a yearly service agreement with them.

They repaired the system instead of replacing the heating system. It cost us really less and so far everything has been working perfect. My overall experience with them has been excellent. They were right in time and were very professional. Everything was just perfect.

The actual story is above. As for my experience with Croffoot, let me start by saying that I own a plumbing service company in Chicago-very highly rated on Angie's List I might add-and it was a pleasure to see another service company taht takes pride in customer service, honesty, and quality work. I was kept informed about the job and it's progress and generally felt comfortable letting them work in my home. They will be handling any future HVAC needs and I am happy to recommend them.

My heat pump had been having problems recently, sometimes not turning on when it was supposed to, other times not turning off. I searched Angieslist looking for someone local to Chandler with good reviews, and I settled on Croffoot Heating and Air. I called Croffoot and 2 days later Kirk came out. He was very punctual, we were given a 15 minute time range when making the appointment and even got a call ahead to confirm right before he arrived right on time. Kirk did a very thorough inspection to determine the exact problem, spending around an hour mostly up in the attic (around 1pm on a hot day), before he came down to give me the assessment and a price to repair everything. I had lots of questions on what may have caused the issue and he answered everything. I was very comfortable with his explanation and felt great about the entire transaction. After I gave him the go ahead to do the job he took care of it and everything has been working perfectly since he left. I don't have much experience with HVAC service so I can't comment with any intelligence on the price I paid, I personally felt it was a fair price. I highly recommend this company and will be using them in the future for any of my HVAC needs.

We evaluated three different heating companies. We made a decision to choose Crofttoot heating based on the price, their personable service, and the Angie's list review. A couple owns and operates this company and there are niciest people I have ever encountered. Additionally, the service was completely beyond my expectation! The appointment was punctual, the quality of work was excellent, and price was reasonable. I recommend this service to everyone. Their high quality recommendation and competitively low price are the other aspects of the experience. Thank you Kirt and Susie for the great service that you provide to us!

It was a free estimate. I liked the gentleman who had come over. I think he was decent. I had no complaints. The company seemed decent. I did not use them because I selected the contractor my friend had used for similar type of work. I had a good experience with them as they were very punctual and responsive. I will use them again for a future quote.

I called Croffoot on Wednesday. She asked if it was urgent or if it could wait until Thursday. I told her that I could not do it on Thursday so send the tech out on Friday. Croffoot was out a few minutes early in his truck. He was very pleasant, extremely professional and thorough. He diagnosed the problem and fixed it. He had parts in his truck and accomplished everything in one visit. And he charged less than I was expecting. I intend to recommend Croffoot to several other people.

Serviceman was punctual and very polite. He listened to some of my concerns and after checking the unit out gave me some of the answers I was looking for. He also mentioned a few items that I may need to get done in the future.He was very easy to communicate with. I will use this company again.

Was able to make an appt same day and he arrived earlier than estimated-I did receive a phone call 15 minutes prior to arrival. I explained the issue and he checked everything out. Everything looked okay and the air is working fine now. He explained the possible cause and fixed a hole that might have been the cause of leaks during rain storms. Really nice fellow, I'll definitely be using them next time something comes up.

Amazing, from initial contact, through the quote, to the work, and then follow-up - it was such a pleasure. When you have such a large expense, you want someone honest and capable. My husband is also hard to please - and he was thrilled.

The project went very well. Our existing systems were almost 25 years old and were starting to give out, not to mention they were costing us a fortune in electricity. Kirk Croffoot had been out to work on one of our systems on a very hot Sunday, and we were very happy with his work, so we asked him for an estimate to replace both our systems. After going over his plans for installation and improving the airflow in our home, we were sold, so we signed the paperwork. During the removal and installation, they put down drop-cloths inside the house to make sure everything stayed clean. After the air handler over the garage was replaced, they even swept out the garage! Everyone associated with Croffoot Heating and Air Conditioning is trustworthy and courteous. Our whole house is now much quieter, and our previously hot rooms are now comfortable and cool.
