Description of Work: Air conditioner broke, called Kirk and he came out the same day, replaced part and good to go. We have used Croffoot for a few years now and service has always been excellent. We also signed up for the maintenance program as well. Definitely would recommend!

Description of Work: A/c went out called them and they came out that day, it was later in the day, right with in their window. Very helpful fixed the problem and came back the next day for a tune up.

Description of Work: They have done work for me in two of my homes. In both instances Keith arrived on time and was very professional. He explained the work that needed to be done and why. He and his wife Susie run the operation. She is very pleasant and always makes you feel like family. They make a great team. They always make me feel comfortable and I trust them not to take advantage of me unlike other providers I've used in the past. I have found someone to do my repair work as long as they are willing to put up with me. |Thanks guys, great job.

Description of Work: Very good service. The person scheduling the appointment was great and was able to squeeze us onto her schedule the day after we called. Very pleasant gentleman that came and fixed the A/C. I would recommend them to anyone and would definitely use them again.

Description of Work: As usual, my experience was great - went ahead and purchased a service plan. Very good people to work with. Seasonal tuneup and wiring repair outside. Don't recall cost but do remember it seemed entirely reasonable.

Description of Work: I scheduled my yearly tune up with them on my AC units. I have used them before. As usual, Kirk was on time and pleasant to work with. He saved me money (again) by advising me not to make modifications outside that were not necessary. His wife Susie is a joy to work with also, and handles the scheduling and billing. Strongly recommend them. Would give them a call, particularly if you have been told you need a new unit or costly repair. Have referred friends to Kirk and Susie and they consistently have had a better price or have been able to offer other alternatives.

Description of Work: I had a different service come to do a routine maintenance of my furnace. They indicated there were a lot of things wrong with my furnace (although it worked perfectly) and it would be best if I bought a whole new furnace and A/C. It didn't pass the smell test so I checked on Angie's list which I know now I should do first.. When I saw the excellent reviews of Mr Croffoof I called him. He came out the next day. They called ahead to tell me the time. He inspected the furnace and cleaned what I call the ceramic pilot sensor which he said had not been cleaned in a while, ie the first company did nothing. I told him about the specific problems the other company told me was present and he indicated it was all not true. The furnace was fine and likely here in AZ will last another 5 years. Not only was his price reasonable, he was pleasant, and honest. One thing I like is that he IS the owner operator. He personally comes out rather than one of a hundred salaried "technicians" like most other firms. His is the only one I will use in the future.

Description of Work: Needed a second opion as previous company has been doing our service and is always stating we need some type of repair so check htis company out and called to see if the repair in question was needed and Croffoot stated it was not necessay at this time.

Description of Work: We didn't arrange for any service yet, but Kirk did come out to talk with us about the problems we're having. Once we've decided which way to go with this, we'll definitely call him back. He was prompt, polite and professional.

Description of Work: They Picked up old heat pump motor that had died and went to supplier to swap it for a new motor with warranty. They brought the new motor back to our house and installed it. We called them about 11am and the job was completed by 3pm. There was no charge for the motor because it was covered by warranty. We paid $150 for uninstall, deliver old motor & pickup new motor, and install. Woody's wanted $400 for the same job. AIR FACTOR COOLING & HEATING wanted $500. Need I say more?

Description of Work: I talk with Kirk a few times and know people that have used Croffoot Heating and Air Conditioning service before. They always remark about how professional and respectful he is when helping others. I have a house with its original AC unit and sure it is on its last leg and plan to use Kirk when the time comes.

Description of Work: They did repairs to our heat pump. They also helped do the registration on warranty because ethe person who installed the unit failed to do this. They were amazing. They did great work. I am happy to recommend them.
