Karl is extremely professional and courteous, and delivers above expectations for a reasonable cost. He communicated exceptionally well throughout the process, keeping me well informed regarding what the scope of work was and ETA on day of the job. He was flexible and able to accommodate our needs when it came to working around the other tradesmen. I couldn't have been more pleased with the meticulous attention to detail. He thought of things that I hadn't considered, such as the need to clean up the construction zone outside so that dirt wasn't tracked back inside. It feels so good to have all the construction filth and mess gone, and I couldn't be happier! Thanks!

Great crew! Very professional.

The crew worked all day and all the construction dust and dirt is gone! Karl came the day before and power washed the garage so the dust would not be continually tracked into the house. All windows were done inside and out.....all blinds washed...and the window tracks were washed. This company goes above and beyond. I highly recommend them!

Construction dust was everywhere...but its ALL gone now. The 4 person crew was here for 8 hours and made sure they did a good job. There was some major, accidental water spillage on the wood floor, but they tried to get it up quickly with a mop and towels. They also used a couple of fans for the last couple of hours they were here.

Did an amazing job for my client! Will definitely be referring and using them again!

He kept me informed of arrival time, completed the job with an outstanding effort on his part. He stuck to his bid price and sent me pictures all day as the job progressed. They went above and beyond and handled everything and more as I was in hospital giving birth the day they were scheduled to clean!

Karl is professional... friendly... you want to call him a close friend by the time the job is finished... his workers are also exceptional. They all had a huge job on their hands with our home following major floor tile removal and sanding before laying wood floors. Our entire home was filled with cement dust. What a difference Karl made in one day.. We were able to move back into our home. Our heartfelt Thank You to the entire crew. We will definitely use them again.
