Karl was very communicative in figuring out what I needed and was able to accommodate my schedule for my move. Also provided before/after pictures and updates of the whole process so I knew what was done.

Karl was extremely responsive & cooperative in working around our tight schedule in preparing to list our house. He not only expertly power washed the pavers in driveway/walkway....he cleaned our entire roof until it was completely â  Whiteâ  ....he managed to rearrange some incorrectly installed pavers. Heâ  s quite the Pro!

Karl gave a fair bid for the work and completed the job for that bid price. He worked around my schedule and did a great job under difficult job-site conditions. Great work.

Great customer service with attention to detail we couldn't be more happy with the end result. We had a pretty nasty oil stain in our driveway that was completely removed. Great work would definitely be using services in the future and strongly recommend to others thanks Karl.

Our construction site, an old adobe home, was bogged down in dust and debris. The cleaning Pros gave us a multiple day plan to tackle and complete a thorough cleaning of the site so we could move forward. They will definitely be coming back as our project nears completion and a final cleaning is in order.

The scope of the work process needs tweaking. We agreed to work and paid half upfront but then had issues receiving the contract and receipt of the down payment. The work itself was solid. Work now completed but again no final paperwork.

Results did not live up to what was stated.

My house was trashed after being under construction for two months; there literally was drywall dust and dirt floor to ceiling. Construction Cleaning Pros did an outstanding 2 day job cleaning & sanitizing my house top to bottom. I couldn’t be more pleased.

Karl fixed my broken curtain rod and had to go out for parts. I did not ask him to but he goes the extra mile not just cleaning but customer service. He asked for 50% upfront which surprised me and you just donâ t know if you should in this day with scammers but with this company, no worries. They show up on time and work until the job is done.

Spectacular Professional Cleaning!! Our home was very dusty after extensive remodeling including installation of new tile floors. We hired Karl and his team for the cleaning and it was a great decision. The work they do is extremely thorough, far beyond what would be done by a maid service for a "deep cleaning." The windows are now crystal clear and they even cleaned the tracks so they slide easily. I highly recommend Construction Cleaning Pros.
