+ -1 moreI TOOK MY COMPUTER IN THINKING THAT I NEEDED TO REPLACE THE POWER SUPPLY. WHEN THEY TOOK IT APART, THEY FOUND THAT THE POWER BUTTON HAD LOST ITS GROUND. THEY CALLED ME BACK IN 10 MINUTES TO LET ME KNOW IT WAS FIXED. I WAS PLEASED WITH THEIR HONESTY, THEY COULD HAVE CHARGED ME FOR HOURS OF LABOR.
Description of Work: REPAIRED THE POWER BUTTON ON MY COMPUTER.

+ -1 moreTHEY WERE VERY HELPFUL AND COURTEOUS. RATHER THAN JUST KEEPING THE EQUIPMENT THERE AND TAKING CARE OF IT 'WHENEVER', THEY OPENED IT UP RIGHT AWAY AND HELPED ME.
