Had Climate Pro out end of April for a “check up” for our AC unit which was working beautifully. They found 3 things that needed immediate repair, “luckily still under warranty “ - They still verbally quoted $7,000 to fix. Mind you they not only wanted to sell us a new unit instead, but re-duct our entire house. My wife and I needed time to consider- paid our $49, and asked the necessary repairs and test results completed in writing. We were assured by tech Chris, it would be emailed that day. Never came. We called the office- assured it takes up to 48 hours but those quotes and tests are on there way to you! NEVER CAME. Tech Chris called back to schedule the repairs- asked a third time for the documentation that I had paid for- and guess what?? WE RECEIVED NOTHING. I guess I’m lucky- because red flag warnings were heeded and we got the necessary preventative repair done for $475. And the licensed HVAC tech that came out to help us said “warranties only cover failed parts, not worn parts”. Which we verified with our units manufacturer. So, that was Climate Pro’s lie number 4. My best advice to anyone reading this prior to contacting Climate Pro- DONT!! Avoid them. They are not honest, nor do they care about their clientele. Go to your Neighborhood app and ask for a solid recommendation. You will thank me later!!

They are not the least expensive but they've done some good work for me.

I have found them to be very reasonable, very straight forward, and they go the extra mile. They really try to serve their customers. I am a platinum member. They have different things that you can join which is really reasonable. If you have a service call, they have somebody come out. The last time they came out, they didn't have anything to be done, so it didn't cost me anything. I have seen 3 guys in 8 years because they like to keep you with the same tech. They could give me an air conditioner for free. They do the very best they can. At the time I just wish my system wasn't 15 years old, but I have to deal with what I have.

1 hour late in arriving but the compressor install done by Joeseph was excellent - would have him return

I like the team and they call and follow up to know if there are any issues.

They are very personable, very courteous and they explain what they are doing and why they are doing it and how its going to benefit you.

Please see above. highly not recommended. Also they were to arrive by 2 and didn't get here till like 5 or later. I even had to request a copy of the invoice because the tech didn't leave it. I've also talked to someone following up about my experience and he stated someone would be contacting me and they never did. They also were going to service our rental and there was no communication or service records as has happen in the past. Please don't waste your time with this company. They clearly are only out for your dollar literally!

Everything service wise went well, our technician was friendly and professional. Layed out all my options for me and verified that what he was going to do was what I wanted. Took special care to keep his work area clean and cover his shoes which was much appreciated. The prices I wasn't fond of, but then again I have nothing to compare it too in this instance and who is really fond of spending money on things such as AC issues. All in all I was please with the service I received and would recommend this company to others.

Very friendly, punctual, and knowledgable about our old system. All in all, did a fine job. Nice service crew, very courteous in all areas.

Colin B. was my service tech. Great service, personable and professional. He checked all the functions, both heat and a/c, changed the filter, did all the maintenance and then spent time discussing the results and recommendations. We agree on the needed upgrades and he completed them efficiently and quickly.

He was fantastic. We had just bought the place and didn't know anything about it. He did a thorough check and gave us lots of tips on saving money on heating and cooling. We have a current service contract with them.

The air scrubber that they put in the system works great. It works really well. The new filter costs $152 and I pay that twice a year. I also pay $60.99 a month. It's more expensive than most, but I did have an expensive air conditioning system put in. I chose to go with a more expensive one because I felt it was more effective for what I needed. I will use them again in the future. If I call them with regard to a problem, they get right on it. They're always very quick to respond.

The salesman was very informative- showed us several options for A/C units and calculated how each one would cost us with a 12 month payment plan. He freely gave me the unit numbers so I can do my own price check online while he waited to make sure we were getting a fair price. In the past year - they did a free check up on the units. The serviceman was very polite and did not try to give us a hard upsell like other companies. We have been a loyal customer of Climate Pro since our last home- when we returned from vacation on Friday, July 3rd- they were the only ones in town that answered the phone at 7pm and came out the next morning - on a holiday! Climate Pro is slightly higher priced than other companies- but they answer the phone at any time of the day- always answer all my questions - give me all the options upfront and get the work done quickly.

I think we could have shopped around and got a better deal. I would not recommend them to anyone because I think they took advantage of us in our emergency situation. We needed an air conditioner very quickly in the hot month of august. The installer left a two inch gap when he installed the unit. It was a bad experience.

I was satisfied with their work. I would highly recommend them. They were very professional. The price was not a bargain, but everything else was satisfactory. I was very pleased with their work.
